Always comfortable
The room is always comfortable at the Westin. The service was second to none. The price is up there, but I do love staying at Westins.

Clean and pleasant
I stayed at the 16th floor king bed room (I'm a starwood preferred guest), the night before I took an exam at a nearby Prometric test center. The room was clean and plesant, with excellent shower facility. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning was working fine, albeit its noise was noticeable all the time (but within acceptable level). I could get a comfortable night's sleep. The view from my room over the Boston Bay area (which was covered by snow, incidentally) was excellent. My only gripe is perhaps the cost of Internet access in the room. Nowadays numerous hotels offer free highspeed Internet, so a cost of approx $18 per day seems a bit on the expensive side. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Dining tip:
In Hotel
The Fish and Chips offered at the Irish pub within the hotel was a top quality and I can certainly recommend it for any British/Irish people missing good old Fish&Chips in Boston. On the morning of check-out, breakfast was served without delay and it was of good quality too. I wish there were a Asian (Japanese or Chinese) food within the hotel, since there are no such restaurants near the hotel.

Good Find
Stayed at this hotel for one night, it's located in South Boston right by the new convention center. The area itself is kind of dead with nothing to do but the hotel is really nice. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the restaurants inside the hotel were cheap with delicious food.

very clean and modern
The location of this hotel is a little out of the way. In booking I actually made a mistake by thinking that the hotel was the Westin in the Copley area which would have been better for shopping and site seeing. The nature of my trip was for business, but I also visited with my son and his wife and child while I was there. The location did not hamper my ability to go where I needed to go.

Good location, nice hotel
Stayed 3 nights - business trip - location great for taking taxi's anywhere - staff friendly, room excellent, dble headed shower was excellent - shame it didn't have a fan in the bathroom - 2nd person showering became more like a sauna in there. Room service excellent, on-site Restaurants good - try the Irish one and the Lobster roll - so good went back a 2nd night for same meal. Everything in Boston I thought was expensive in general, but compared to other hotels prices this one wasn't too bad - plus no reportings of bed bugs which sold us on staying here - overall very nice experience and would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.
