Very hospitable, comfortable, tired decor
Had a wonderful time thanks to extraordinarily hospitable and friendly hotel staff, including room service. Amenities were very well thought out and of great quality. Modern, well equipped fitness center and short lap pool, with natural light. Less stellar experience with bar and restaurant.

Good hotel, nice location
I stayed here for vacation over Labor Day weekend. The room was nice, although the carpet should have been changed. The concierge was very helpful with booking me a tour and helping me get around the city and subway. Exercise room had a lot of cardio machines, although I would have preferred a bit more weight machines. About a 5-10 minute walk to subway stations, Faneuil Hall, and other attrations.

Money-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
The blue line of the subway is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. You can use that to get to/from the Hotel and the Logan International Airport. This will save you the $26 for a one-way Taxi ride.

Wonderful Hotel
Everything was great. Room very comfortable, hi quality bedding; maid service very good. flat screen LG great. Only 2 issues: (1) location in business district-on weekends it is a ghost town around there. Although you can walk to North End restaurants and Faneuil Square, about 10- 15 mins., (2) No free wi-fi in rooms or in lobby. $ 12/day.

Dining tip:
Long walk from hotel
Have concierge make rsvp, most restaurants in North End have lines outside waiting to get in. Also, at one restaurant we got a large plate of calamari free because of a policy with our hotel/concierge.

Excellent Hotel
Excellent Hotel. Service was impeccable, king room was good size and very comfortable. Location was good with most everything within walking distance including restaurants, North End, Freedom Trail, Quincy Market, Fanuiel Hall, Boston Commons, etc. Service at Bond Lounge is only complaint as one night waiter was slow and not very responsive.

Gorgeous stately hotel
They treat you like royalty here and go the extra mile to make sure that you have a great experience. The Langham is perfectly situated to walk to any area close to downtown within 10 to 15 minutes. The workout facility was super nice and uncrowded. Great July 4th week vacation.
