The Boston Park Plaza Hotel rests at the heart of historic Back Bay, a neighborhood known for its well-preserved architecture and popular shopping destinations. I loved the Boston Park Plaza!

It is in the most convenient location and is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. I will stay here time and time again. The double bed room I had even had two bedrooms, great for two females!

Very accommodating

I arrived at the hotel not realizing I booked a single bed room for two people. Started to stress out but, the bell hop called the front desk and spoke to some managers and in 3 minutes we were upgraded to an amazing suite. No kidding, this room was amazing. The staff members went above and beyond their duties, plus we got the suite for the same rate. Very very happy and satisfied.

Not only was this hotel located near great places to shop but it's also surrounded by good restaurants too. If you haven't yet go next door to The Melting Pot, you won't be sorry.

Wonderful hotel! Wish we had stayed a couple more days before heading on our cruise! A lot of nearby construction, but I was okay with accessibility to hotel entrances.

great place

this place is great for location...you cant get better for a great price...it is an old historic place with many rooms...all different sized rooms...not a generic modern place...i think it is beautiful and perfectly located. if you have not been to boston and really just want to walk everywhere there is no reason to stay anywhere else. some folks prefer large fancy places, but i just loved its quaintness and charm. clean, well located, nice people etc etc
