The Boston Park Plaza Hotel rests at the heart of historic Back Bay, a neighborhood known for its well-preserved architecture and popular shopping destinations. Could not sleep

This hotel has paper thin walls. Not only did we hear every single word of the party next door. We also heard very clearly the interactions between a man and a woman up until 345 am. The woman at the front desk also said that we had internet already in our package and that there was no further charge. We took advantage of the wi-fi because of that and than found out we were being charged anyway the next day. Even though the wi-fi kept turning off. So basically we payed for nothing.!!
