Not exactly what you'd dream for
I stayed in a plaza suit. The room did not have a fridge: it was described so, but I wasn't paying much attention to the description then. It was also too chilly for sleepovers in winter. The bathroom was sort of depressing, as it did not have a bath, and the tiles at the shower booth (not exactly a booth, actually) were wearing out. The water closet was the one you'd see in a public restroom, not in a decent hotel. Well, the price was good, but you'll never get beyond what you paid for. Still, good location.

boston plaza
registration was great, At check in, there was a mix up with my reservation, but the clerk at the Boston Plaza was so wonderful, and fixed the issue. The room service waiter was so delightful, everyone smiled and greeted you,. I felt very safe, especially traveling as a single business woman. Will go back again. Older city hotel, but very warm.

low budget business trip
Looks like a former 4-start that morphed into a 3 star in order to cater to lower budget travelers (I use it for those situations. Location is central, and hotel public areas are big, open and stately. Rooms are clean, but very small (not for more than one person), incuding bathrooms...furniture is kind of dinged up. Beds are comfortable enough. Overall good value.
