Excellent Weekend Getaway
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a wonderful location and we were able to walk everywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Where are we going next
good couples escape
Hotel was very clean and staff were very courteous, professional, and helpful. For a Boston downtown hotel, the room was fairly large with a spacious bathroom. The walk-in shower was great! The hotel was modern and stylish. Only complaint would be that there was a bit of noise from a nearby nightclub/bar with music audible from our 7th floor room. Otherwise though, the room and hotel were great and we would stay there again. There were lots of great dining choices within a 5 minute walk and the hotel was close to theaters like the Wang Center and Wilbur Theatre. The hotel is easily accessed from the Mass Pike. I have stayed in a lot of Boston hotels over the years, and this was definitely one of the best!

Short walk from hotel
We used valet because the weather was awful, but there are several parking garages nearby which offer online coupons, so if you didn't have a lot of bags, you may want to consider parking and walking to the hotel.

Back Bay Inn for a day
We were very impressed with the location and the amenities that this hotel provided compared to their neighboring hotel up on the corner where we've payed double. The room was nice, the foyer beautifully decorated for the season and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the breakfast too, with the nicest servant ever. We will definitely come back again soon!

Minor problems
Internet access was on and off, often disconnected. The room thermostat was sort of malfunctioning. I asked to warm up meals for our young kids but the hotel said that they are not allowed to use a microwave for guest's meal. Staff are good, rooms are clean. Location beats!

Getting back to Logan airport from the hotel by taxi may take longer than you expected during the peak hour. It is even challenging to catch a taxi.

Weekend Stay
We were greeted curbside asked if we needed assistance and were able to leave our car temporarily on the street until we checked in as we were using another parking facility. Desk staff were friendly and efficient. Room with 2 double beds was nicely decorated, very clean, beds comfortable with lots of pillows. Large bathroom with separate shower, shower robe, turndown with chocolates and an Espresso machine with free coffee provided as an upgrade. Free WIFI that actually worked the first time. Nice lobby, clean, well decorated hallway, centrally located. I can't think of anything negative to say. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Back Bay Hotel
The staff was absolutely amazing, hands on and there to address my every need. The moment I checked in I was addressed by name and not as Ms. or some nameless stranger. Th hotel was beautiful and located in an area convenient t to shopping and cultural outlets. The staff made the difference and I's like to return for a longer stay.
