With the Sheraton brand shining in neon from the top of this soaring tower block, a look out from most Sheraton Boston Hotel windows will take in glorious scenes of the river or the city of Beantown itself. Dark wood paneling and marble floors denote a simple New England elegance within, but guests may wish to spend much of your time out on the pool deck by one of the largest heated pools in the area. Try a grilled sandwich from the SideBar menu, or grab a Starbucks beverage on your way from place to place. A carbon-neutral meeting space, 'Alive on Five', offers a unique take on working away from home, along with all the free Wi-Fi spots you would expect from a business hotel.

Great place, if only the Sox had won!

From the Doorman, upon arrival thru the Valet Man as we were leaving, and everyone in between, we could not have had a nicer visit. That is why we always stay at the Sheraton Boston when we are in town. And [...]in the restaurant is a precious gem! See you in August.

Good price, great location

This hotel is walking distance to Symphony Hall and Jordan Hall in Boston, and adjacent to the Prudential Center and lots of shopping. The room was small but comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. Parking was expensive but convenient.

Room for Improvement -Back Bay Sheraton

An expsensive hotel that is cheesy in way too many dumb ways: Charges for wireless and internet service; tiny bottle of water in a deluxe room; And their totally boneheaded Starwood Preferred Customer Disloyalty Program (--No Points if you book through a third-party such as Orbitz!) Think they might award some points to their business travelers with corporate discounts? I do.) Also their Elevator service sucked while we were there. Have fun.

Expensive

The hotel is in downtown and very nice. Parking is a hassle and you pay every time to get out in addition to the $40 you pay at first. It's valet also so you can't get your own car. Close to metro and everything else, so if you're willing to pay it is good.
