NIce hotel but not exceptional
The hotel was very nice, 99% of the staff friendly and cordial. Our room was decent and had nice amenities. However, the shower was weak, the drain was slow, and we ran out of toilet paper. There was no vent in the bathroom which caused the mirrors to fog. The TV sevice was decent but the satellite reception kept fading in and out. The pool was ok if you don't plan on "playing" but rather just swimming laps. I had to wait a while for people to stop swimming laps just to get in and dink around. The area where the hotel was located is right on the renovated wharf area and had some decent restaurants. The area was also real close to the Silver T line which made getting around the city and to the airport easy! It was also easy to walk right in to the downtown area, about 1/4 mile.

Superb service
I visited to run the Boston marathon. Despite the busyness of the pre and post race activities the hotel staff did an excellent job of meeting my needs. The buffet breakfast was amazing and fit perfectly with my paleo diet. Also the fact that they went out of their way to have a 4:30am breakfast for race day speaks volumes for their hospitality. Also access to the subway couldn't be better.

Great couples getaway
We spent the weekend at the Seaport Hotel to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. It was wonderful. Beautiful room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and great views. The highlights were the Harpoon Brewery tour, the views from the top of the Prudential Center and eating in the North End. Everything was either walking distance or a short T ride away. Loved the hotel and location and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Hotel, Will always stay here.
I arrived early, Check in is at 3pm I got in from my flight around 9am they checked me in early no question at all. I would gladly stay here again. Great location, easy to get to everything, if you are willing to use the bus. It was very simple to follow. This hotel was nothing short of amazing. The bed was great. Had a Bose wave radio, with Ipod connection. Wake up calls were great. I have to make trips to Boston regularly now and I will always stay here.

There is a silver line bus that takes you from the WTC to all the trolley routes. This will save a good bit of cab fair, I didn't know this till a couple days in. I wish I knew earlier.
