Super Mother/Daughter Trip

My wife & daughter stayed here on a 4 day visit to Boston in October. They loved the hotel. The staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. The beds were comfortable, room extremely clean, housekeeping staff were accommodating & friendly. The hotel has access to the T just across the street. It's also just 2 blocks from the water and a nice variety of restaurants. Great experience. They plan to return for another visit.

sightseeing college visit

Very close to airport. 15 minute walk from Quincy Market. On the silver line, so you often need to ride 3 different trains (buses) to get to where you are going. If going to convention center or need to be in that part of town I highly recommend. Otherwise, I would prefer to be more in the mid of things.

Everything went well except for customer service.

Rooms were great, hotel is very nice and located right by the silver line for transportation around the city. The front desk staff is very rude and forgettful. Be prepared to have them drop the ball on you once or twice.

Boston

The hotel was awesome! It was newer and you could definitely see that. The check in process was the quickest and easiest process. Views were awesome and so was the bar down stars. There is a trolley right in front and a starbucks as well. It is in the nicer area of downtown I noticed many business like individuals but the location is still ideal.

Disappointment

the female manager at front desk was dismissive And unfriendly! She should be reviewed. The assistant named Lindsey was nice. The room was small and not worth 329. The next night we went to the seaport hotel a block away and that was wonderful in every way and cheaper...
