Great shuttle service!

The first impression was, oh, not a good location, as there is no shopping within reach! But later I learnt that they have courtesy shuttle bus(co-shared w/Comfort inn next door) to train/bus station every half hour(at quarter) so you still can connect to all places you want to go! Great for me as I don't drive. Every half hour the shuttle goes to/fro Boston airport. Thus, you won't miss to go back hotel, as you can hop on the next half hour if you miss one. There is a big bowling alley next door, chocolate shop, onsite restaurant too. If you cross to the opposite, you find next to the flower market, a grocery shop that sells hot food n salads that you can pack n go. Room is clean and bed was comfortable for me. The only concern is, it took me 10mins roaming around looking for my Room712, as it was not on the signage. I had to take my 2 bags down to the reception n asked for clear direction. The lift is like an oven, v.hot. Felt safe at the hotel. Courtesy print out of boarding pass is appreciated. Breakfast is sufficient for me. Will recommend to stay here if in town. The transportation in Boston is v. Convenient.

Comfortable room

This hotel was conveniently located adjacent to 93 South leaving Boston. Its convenient access to the freeway left it in a rather unsavory area. But it was ok for someone just getting in for a few hours sleep. It was somewhat difficult to find, but not atypical of Boston.

Bad Motel Experience

Based on location, rating and the Ramada recognition we thought the hotel would satisfy the 4 day college trip but NOPE, it was aweful! Small, smelly, dark rooms, extremelly dated and run down hotel.

Ramada Boston

It was an average hotel. The subway shuttle running every 1/2 hour was nice, but some of the drivers seemed bothered that they had to drive you and were often off schedule. Also, the A/C in the room had a motion sensor on it and would turn off when there was no movement. This was fine when we were gone, but when we were sleeping (and not moving) the A/C kept turning off, so you would have to wave your hand in front of the sensor to cool the room again. Breakfast was average. If you're planning on being gone a lot and being in town the whole time, then this is a fine place to stay. If you're going to be spending any significant time in your room other than to sleep, I might look elsewhere.

Best hotel we ever stayed at.

We started out by taking the trolly which picked you up at the hotel. We found you we're better off taking the free hotel shuttle to the subway station. Family of four, $13.00, ride all day on a charlie card. We we're there for 4 days and seen alot. The rooms we're nice, nice pool, very nice staff. My wife and I are going back next year for for our 30th anniversary. This was our first trip to Boston and won't be our last. Make sure you take the Fenway Park tour. It's really nice.

Good shuttle service

Hotel is adequate. Confusing layout, quite clean. Free parking. Free shuttle service to/from airport, also to/from JFK subway stop. Awesome! Only frustrating part is that it takes the front desk staff a LOOOONG time to answer the phone for shuttle service, esp later at night. Lousy directions to airport on the info sheet they provide. Free breakfast is surprisingly decent!

Convenient location for the price

The Ramada was a great deal for the location. Rooms were average, nothing special, but the staff was always helpful and nice. The free shuttle to and from the airport, as well as to the nearest T station, was great -- if you aren't renting a car, I'd recommend staying at this hotel just for the shuttle service. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking to save $ and stay in a convenient location close to the city.

Courteous and Accommodating

While we didn't spend a lot of time there, I feel like it would have been enjoyable to do it. Service was great, including the free continental breakfast and the courteous shuttle to and from the train station.
