Girls weekend

took an hour for the shuttle driver to pick us up from airport. Then he complained about traffic all the way to hotel almost an other hour. We talked to Asst. General Manager, Kellie Pabst she gave a free piece of candy. Did not help. Room was ok worried about bed bugs from reviews. Would not stay there again

Family on holiday

We found the hotel to be well located with friendly and efficient staff. The rooms were a good size, very clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was particularly good and the driver we had on a number of occasions could not have been better. The local restaurant was excellent and we all enjoyed the bowling alley adjacent to the hotel.

Tiny rooms and noisy

Our family of 4 slept here for 3 nights, chosen for the proximity to Boston and for the pool. The kids themselves declared the pool "disgusting" and over-chlorinated--and hotel pools are usually their fave thing about a vacation! Meanwhile, the room was so small that 2 double beds were just squeezed in, and 1 bed was so close to the AC (3-4 inches) it was nearly impossible to walk on that side of the bed. The room was unbearably stuffy without the AC, but the AC was so noisy it woke us up constantly. Two reasons I did not give it one star: the breakfast was filled with choices and decent, and the beds were nice and firm. But none of us will return again! It made our trip so much more difficult to not get a good night's sleep.

Family Vacation

Hotel was decent and the complimentary breakfast was definitely a plus. The location is great since its in a safe location that's only a 15-20 minute drive into the heart of Boston.

Very good value

Not too far from downtown Boston and about 1/3 less than hotels in Boston. Shuttle service to downtown Boston and the airport is a benefit as well.

It's what you expect

Got a great rate on this hotel. Its in the 3 star range, but a long way from 4 stars so don't expect to be impressed. staff was friendly and helpful.

Good Hotel, Good Shuttles, Kinda laid back staff

They have a very good shuttle service from Convention Center, Airport and the JFK / U Mass. The breakfast is good, room is clean and the hotel is clean too. The reception staff is kinda laid back and sometimes forget but are courteous and happy to help.

This place needs a makeover

The place needs a makeover, badly. It's shabby and kind of run down looking. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was clean. The bathroom is minuscule. Location is kind of away from all that one expects from Boston but they had shuttles running all day to the subway, airport and convention center. I was there for an event at UMass-Boston which is 10 minutes away but the shuttle does not go there and they would not entertain a special request. I had to be driven past the college to the subway station then take another shuttle to the campus. That was strange.

occupied room

My overall experience was good.........at 4am in the morning some open my room door and scared me.......even though he apologized that should have happened, staff should know which room is occupied........
