We were very happy with the location. We felt very safe. The parking was right in the hotel. We were in the theater/shopping ... district so it was a nice area. The rooms were more average. The beds were sleep number beds and they didnt work very well. They were uncomfortable to me but the rest of my family liked them. We were very satisfied until we went to check out and we waited 20 minutes for an elevator that we were never able to catch. We walked from the 10th floor with all our luggage down the stairs. It was not the way to end the trip. But overall our experience was ok.

Honestly, I wasn't comfortable cuz the room's floor was wet and had been leacking water all the time n I really had talked ... the manager of the Hotel and he promised me to return my money back ( REFUND ) cuz he felt me while i was stayin @ the hotel

Great deal in great, central location. Complimentary wireless internet is always a plus. Service was great for the ... most-part, save for the bell captain who seemed a bit more impatient. Did in-room dining late night once - clam chowder was excellent.

We were delighted with our choice of the Radisson Boston. The location made getting around easy - close to the Commons, ... restaurants and the T. The room was great and a bellman met us outside and helped us with parking and luggage. The included free parking was one of the chief reasons we chose the Radisson. But upon leaving, we had a very difficult time getting service to retrieve our checked luggage.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. The bed were very comfortable. They have Select Comfort Sleep ... Number beds; which is what I have at home. They sleep great! This hotel is located within walking distance of many landmarks and activities. Plus, the subway is close by, and the Gray Line Trolley picks up right outside of the hotel. Very convenient.

Our son was getting married and we had several rooms for the occasion. It was in a great location, walking distance to most ... things, and the rooms were clean and large. Unfortunately, there was drilling each day between 8 and 5 in the garage next door.

This hotel was clean, terrifically located in Boston - only a block from the Commons - and the beds were incredibly ... comfortable. Didn't use the pool or fitness room but had a view of them from our room and they looked really nice. Parking was expensive - $34.00 a nite - but to be expected in a big city. Within walking distance of everything- historical sites, shopping, theater, dining, great neighborhoods, Quincy Market, the harborfront...Only used the subway once to go to Cambridge.

The North End had the most incredible Italian Restaurants - there had to be at least 15 to choose from. Interesting neighborhood and a pleasant walk from the hotel through some historical areas and the harborfront. Ate there twice and the food was unbelievable and reasonably priced. Drinks seemed to be expensive everywhere we went.

We wanted a hotel near Chinatown, the Radisson seems to be one of closest (the other one seems to be the Hyatt), and after ... several unsuccessful "name your price" at PL, I found this great deal (two nights for one, average 125 each). The staffs were not very friendly, especially when we checked out: 1. I hanged the room cards to the front desk staff and the only words he said was "You are good to go", not even a "Have a great day" greeting; 2. The doorman just stands there, don't even bother to open the door for us, I had to push the door open while pulling a large luggage and a big Macy's bag; 3. The Taxi stand person called a taxi, which was just two feet away, don't even bother to help us load the luggage, but did open the car door for me, so I tipped him a dollar. That is it, a dollar; I even regret I was doing that. This hotel does seem to be a kid-friendly one however; I have seen kids running around the hallway, in and out the elevator, and the pool. Quite some young couples with kids live here.

If you are looking for authentic Cantonese food or Dimsum, try the Empire Garden Restaurant (690 Washington Street), don't let the name or the front fool you, it looks expensive but, two of us can't spend more than $30, tips included, doesn't matter how hard we tried (OK that was a bit exaggerated). The location of this hotel is also great for family members visiting kids studying/working at Tuffs University Medical Center, literally around the corner.
