Loved the hotel's convenient location!
We (two couples) had only 1.5 day (2 nights) to see Boston (and Cambridge), so the hotel's proximity to many tourist's attractions was a huge plus. Concierge was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was fine, great location - older in has character kind of way. Took an extra hour to get to it because 60 school street, Boston takes you to JamIca Plain! Put in 45 Province St and you will go right to it.

very nice hotel
Good downtown location near trolleys and walking trail. the room was not up to the pictorial description on the website; but still ok. I was charged $9.99 per day for wifi. I think it should be included.

Excellent
Hotel was old but clean and neat with a lot of history. Hotel lobby takes you back to 1920s with the gold and reds decor. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff were wonderful. I would go there again. The hotel is located in walking distance of everywhere with the old city hall in front as well as the freedom trail. I will definitely use this hotel again. No need for a car.

Stay in Boston regularly - at mulitple hotels - will now likely stay at Omni Parker House on every occassion going forward. Great room. Staff was helpful and friendly. And they had milk and cookies in the room waiting for my 4 year old when we arrived - nothing better.

Great location in the center of Boston
The hotel is a little older but very charming with some really great architectural features if you're into that. Very responsive staff, all very friendly. However for almost $500 a night, we had a view of a wall next door. But right outside the door you have access to pretty much everything Boston has to offer so that makes up for any negatives.
