The Omni Parker House, constructed in 1927, is one of the Historic Hotels of America. The original Parker House Hotel was established in 1855, and the modern venue maintains the Parker House commitment to luxury. At Parker's Restaurant, sample Baked Boston Schrod (cracker crumbs, jasmine rice, white wine and lemon beurre blanc), Boston Cream Pie, or the Parker House Roll for an authentic taste of the very city where these dishes were concocted. Guests seeking a nightcap should try one of The Last Hurrah's golden Bostonian whiskeys for a warming end to a day of exploration; look closely at the walls, and the faces of politicians, senators and congressmen will beam down at you as you sip. Accommodations range from the Economy Petite Single to the family Freedom Trail Suite, where cozy bean bags, activity tables, and children's costumes make for an entertaining stay.

Great location

Omni was our home base for First Night ~ walking distance to all the events and conveniently close to the fireworks at the harbor. Clean, comfortable, and except for a few revelers passing by in the hall, exceptionally quiet. Staff very nice, not stuffy. Great fitness room. Didn't dine there, but wish we had. Lots of history. Highly recommend. Can walk to Copley Plaza for more shopping - beautiful walk through the Public Garden. Safe. Taxi ride less than $7.00. If nice weather, walk at least one way.

Beautiful and comfortable

It is situated in a great location very close to Faneuil Hall and many restaurants as well as the waterfront. It is tastefully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. After having some noisy neighbors, they graciously moved us to another level without any hesitation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even out on the street both on our arrival and departure. I was very impressed! We really enjoyed our stay.

Yankee Quarters

A legendary Boston Hotel, I'd only stayed at the Parker House once before many years ago. Still a fine hotel, I stayed Yankee skinflint style in what they call a "petite" economy room. Total cost $124 for one night, breakfast extra @ $22 for coffee one egg Benny with hash brown potatoes, bottomless fresh OJ and coffee. Great food, service. Tiny room but a great bed, nice bath with shower only, a little noise from the kids in the next door room but over all, a great stay, at the midpoint between North & South Stations. Highly recomended

Very good loacation

The hotel is in an ideal location for tourists. Most major attractions are within walking distance as is public transportation. We were given a complimentary upgrade and our room was very clean, cute, but quite small, especially the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. A good heater took care of the cold air coming in around the windows. The staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is a bit pricey but if your priority is location, it may be worth it.

Great Location!

This is a beautiful hotel located in an excellent location between Quincy Market and Boston Common. Lots to do and see. It is also on the Freedom Trail. The room was small, but very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended. Easy to get to from South Station either by foot or the T.

Very Classy

It is a great place, however we booked a delux room and first we got one with a view at the garage. I called the front desk and we were switched to a room with one of the most beatiful veiws! :) The look of the hotel and rooms are amazing but we were able to hear our neighbors... We turned the heat up so we could fall asleep... Definetly would recomend the hotel but fight for your rights and don't be bothered by you neighbors :) P.S. Wifi is not free...
