Beautiful!

The hotel was beautiful! Never have I slept in a more comfortable bed! Check in/check out was hassle free. Valet parking was professional and quick. Everyone was helpful, polite and cheerful. And the location of the hotel couldn't be more perfect to see all of Boston conveniently. Would stay here again & again!

Girls weekend away

Fantastic customer service as soon as you step in the front door. Accessible to subway, buses and waterfront. Only downside is that you have to be a member of Omni to receive the free wi fi and other perks. Front desk did not mention or encourage you to sign up to become a member, therfore it would not shock you once you receive the invoice of $10 for a short use of the wifi.

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

Go to Quincy market to purchase bus tours as the hotel only offers the more expensive tours a difference of $20 per person.

Boston Vacation

If you lie older hotels with charm & class then you would like the Omni Parker House. The rooms are small, but since I didn't stay in any other Boston hotel, I can't compare room size. The bed we had was a king bed & very comfortable. The restaurant (Parkers) was teriffic - try the Scrod! If I come to Boston again, I would definitely stay here again.

Historic Area

I will never understand why 4 star hotels don't have refrigerators and microwaves, but the location of the Omni more than makes up for it.

Dissapointing

I requested a king bed, but instead got 2 twin beds. Not queen, twin. Also, the room was so small that we could barely move around in it. It looked like a normal size room that had been sub-divided. Bathroom felt like a locker. Good location and beautiful lobby, but totally not worth the price. Definitely will not go back.
