Could not have asked for a better stay

The location to the heart of Boston is amazing, only 10 steps and your inside Quincy market(slight exaggeration) The room was extremely comfortable and the staff was very kind and welcoming. I found the shower to be good but I wish there was a little more water pressure. Overall I would stay here again and again

Perfect location

Everything was really impeccable at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and the room well appointed. Note that it is right across the street from Faneuil Hall, so it's not quiet after the bars close. Sirens and singing/ yelling drunks commence after midnight. The location is great because you are near the T and the North End, as well as the Freedom Trail. Overall, highly recommend.

Excellent night on the town

This hotel is located in the heart of downtown, historic Boston and was within walking distance of the waterfront, restaurants, shopping and the subway. The rooms were well-appointed and clean and the lobby impressive. The night I stayed at the hotel, there was a wedding reception taking place on the 4th floor, very close to my room. The noise from the reception was quite loud in the hallway and I was a bit worried about the noise level in the room. However, once I shut the door to my room I couldn't hear a thing. The rooms appear to be well-insulated in terms of noise and provided wonderful views of the downtown area. I'd recommend this hotel without any hesitancy.

Wonderful "Port in a Storm" Feb 2013

Checked out of a houseboat on Lewis Wharf and into the Millennium Hotel to ride out the Blizzard in Boston. The staff was particularly accomodating - definitely doing their part to help those in the community during the storm. Reasonable rates, nice room upgrade and a sense they really wanted to take care of their guests during a tough time. The Millennium was the only business open anywhere near Haymarket from Friday afternoon - Sun morning. The bar and restaurant was open and staffed well. The front desk went out of their way to help -above and beyond the call of duty. Outside it was cold and stormy. Inside it was warm and safe. Great experience overall. A true "port in a storm".

Really good little restaurants (with great food) in Boston's North End. Go on foot. Street parking impossible. Valet parking cost about as much as the meal!

Nice Hotel

This hotel is a very nice place to stay, the room was clean and comfortable. The desk clerks were friendly and informative, the wait staff excellent, however, I was practically accosted by a security guard while in a seating area outside my room. The harassment was unprovoked and unnerving and left me with an overall bad impression of this hotel.
