Non-smoking bathroom stank of smoke

Non-smoking bathroom stank of smoke. The fire alarm went off in the early hours of the morning and the incident was very poorly handled by staff, there were also obstructions in the fire escape stairs.

nice hotel, but really bad internet

the hotel was fine. very clean and quiet. the room service wasn't super expensive. the worst part was that the free wifi is ridiculously slow, like from 1997 slow. i wasn't able to work, and when i asked the concierge desk for recommendations of nearby places with wifi, one of the staff members kept glaring at me. won't be going back to this hotel.

Nice hotel, excellent location, but too expensive

Awesome location, the rest is not worth the price. Staff is trying to be helpful, but extremely inexperienced...For example, had my bag stuck to another car that almost left with it when the were "helping" unload my car.. Had to wait for the bag to be brought up to the room 20 minutes and make 2 calls...

The room was fine but ...

The room was fine but small and the over sized bed and enormous dresser took up most of it, honestly they could have forgone the bed and put a mattress in one of the drawers. In the plus column there was free Wifi and their normal check out time is 12pm which was nice. Not the worst place i have ever had to stay but that is not saying much for a large hotel in a major city.

Great staff but needs refurbishment

Very friendly and helpful staff. The bedspread, sofa and window sheers were filthy. Grout missing in the bathroom, wallpaper peeling, desk badly scratched.

Nice room, loved the bar.

The staff was super nice and attentive. The room key did not worked but the front desk girl was great. Not luxe but perfect for a one night stay and price. Bar was cool! Nice cocktails.

Old fashioned charm and friendly service

Only one block from my confrence (via the mall) at the more expensive and unfriendly staff at the Sheraton Hotel. A smaller old world charm hotel. The free internet service is a big bonus to any business traveler.
