This is what you call SERVICE!
The staff... ALL of the STAFF... treat you like royalty at this place! I don't normally write reviews, but I am compelled to this time. From the moment that you arrive, you are welcomed with an earnest desire to assist in any way possible. Stay at the Lenox, you will not be disappointed. We stayed at the hotel for five days. We were originally placed in a room with a noise issue with due to a connecting room. We brought this to the Staff's attention, and they did not hesitate to move us to another room. All that they wanted was to take care of us. This is just one example of the hospitality that we received while staying at the Lenox. I hope that you find this helpful.

Everything that I want in a hotel experi
There are three things that are important to me when I travel. First the air conditioning has to work well. Second, the bedding needs to be comfortable and third, the shower has to be good and strong. I went to the Lenox based the price, reviews and neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice the rooms were. i would strongly recommend it others.

Great rooms, great location.
We had a very pleasant stay at the Lenox which is conveniently located. Tried out the great fitnessroom as well as the reasonably priced roomservice. The only small remark would be that parking is about $40 a night in Boston. But still, this was a great stay!

Weekend getaway
the hotel was situated in an excellent location with the most helpful and curtious staff we had ever experienced. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Restaurants had good food and service. We enjoyed our stay at the Lenox and would recommend it for a memorable stay in Boston.

Great Hotel at Fantastic Location
This was the second time we stayed at The Lenox, and both times were great! The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is the best. Less than a block to the metro T station, walking distance to Fenway Park. Newbury St. is one block away with fantastic shopping. The Lenox is the place to stay in the Back Bay of Boston!

Restful Time at Copley
The Lenox was in walking distance from much of the city. For what was not in walking distance public transportation was quite convenient. You could get anywhere in the city within a few minutes. Also, the tour bus routes where very close. All the staff were very friendly. My only complaint was that there was no way to do laundry while being a guest. They did provide laundry services for guests, but it was quite expensive (a few dollars for a single pair of underwear? Wash them in the sink). For an upscale hotel experience within a budget, I recommend the Lenox.

Luxury, Location, Lovely
Before booking this hotel, I looked at the previous reviews as well as the location. We wanted to be near Fenway Park, yet within walking distance to the Freedom Trail, shopping, dining, etc. This was the perfect place. We were within walking distance to all we came to Boston to see. The room was spotless and had just the right luxurious touches we appreciate. The staff could not have been nicer. They were pleasant and helpful without fail. The trip was to celebrate our 35th anniversary and a return to relive some fond memories of my husband's days with the Red Sox. What a great city! What a classy organization the Red Sox are. It was a wonderful stay. We will be back and will stay at the Lenox again. Loved it!

Long walk from hotel
We took a trolly tour of Boston's sites, spending approximately $100.00 for two days, but actually enjoyed ourselves more by walking all over the place. If you can - walk and save the money. The tour is great for those who don't have the time or circumstance that allows for a full day of walking. Also beware of taxi driver from airport to hotel - shortest was $23.00 while we were taken all over when we arrived and were stiffed for $40.00!

lenox was excellent
Great location for access to anywhere in the city. Easy walk to downtown / restaurants / etc. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
