Great Stay at the Lenox

We selected The Lenox because it was an historical hotel and close to downtown, restaurants and shopping. What I did not expect was the friendliness of the staff who went out of their way to help and make us feel at home. Also, while the bathroom is small, the room was large and comfortable. Would certainly stay there again. An excellent experience.

Great hotel;best location

Went for baseball games at Fenway. Spent free time walking city streets/sightseeing. Really great location for catching T or walking. Just blocks away from Commons and about 200 ft from Copley stop. We were on the Freedom Trail in less than 10 minutes. Right next door to great shopping and excellent restaurants.

The Way to See Boston

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The conciege, [...], even rode the elevator up with us. The 2 day trolley was a great value and shopping and eating were fantastic. The beds are very comfortable and there are refrigerators in the room.

This is an elegant older "boutique" hotel with extremely helpful staff. It was very convenient to the Hynes Convention Center.

awsome all round

5 star experience at the Lenox. Everything was great. Spacious, clean room with walk in closet. I did not have my kids but there was plenty of room if i did. Free internet!! I hate getting charged for internet at an upscale hotel. Location awsome on Boylston-shopping and food abound. 2 blocks from convention center, public train, and fashionable/great food Newbery street. Lovely well maintained very old beautiful hotel-very 'Boston'. Also, Lord and Taylor next door connected by sky bridge to Copley center massive shopping. I've stayed at the Sheraton for conventions, which is not near as nice and more expensive. The Lenox is rated top 500 hotels for a reason -- loved it.

Charming and luxurious, yet affordable

In town for an insurance conference. Really enjoyed staying in a small, charming, luxurious hotel when the other 10,000 attendees stayed at the Marriot and complained about their stay. I didn't want to leave. Staff is great and the hotel has hip bars and restaurants that locals go to in the lobby.

Beautiful hotel & perfect location

This hotel was a perfect fit for our family as it was in an ideal location. We walked everywhere including to Fenway Park and the North End. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms at the Lenox were very lovely and spacious. After a long day we were happy to return to ice cold lemonade and delicious chocolate chip cookies. Another plus is the complimentary bottled water in the mini-frig. I would be happy to return to this hotel.
