Homely Feeling
The Hyatt Regency Boston was very comfortable, the room was very well formatted. The desk area was very spacious and the bathroom was great as it was positioned/planned perfectly. The location was well within shopping and not far from some great dining areas. I would highly recommend the hotel for your Boston vacation/business visit.

convenience and luxury
the Hyatt Regency was located in a great location for our visit plans. Very close to the T and easy walks to all the places we wanted to visit. The accommodations are what you would expect from a Hyatt Regency with great rooms, views and support staff. This will definitely be our first choice when we return to Boston

My review of Hyatt Regency Boston
The Hyatt Regency was very clean, quiet and comfortable - and located within easy walking distance of Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, historic restaurants, the Boston Common and Public Garden, and LOTS of shopping, including the famed Filene's Basement, where price keep going down until an item is sold. We didn't try the restaurants in the hotel, but the catering for the wedding we attended there was excellent. Wireless Internet access in the room was very helpful! It was not free, but rate was reasonable. One small note: the bed was VERY high - a child or other short person might have trouble climbing in!

If you've never had REAL Boston clam chowder, take a walk to the Union Oyster House. It is historic and the food is delicious! We sat at the oyster bar and admired the guy shucking clams - great technique!

Shopping Trip Friendly
First of all, The Hyatt Regency Boston's location to Macy's and other department stores was big plus. We could go out shopping and drop off all our treasures in an instant. Next, the hotel smelled beautiful. Everytime, I came out of my room, I commented on how fresh and clean it smelled. I would love to know what they use. This was even more astonishing when I noticed that they are also Pet friendly. In closing, all of their staff, the concierge, the desk receptionists and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful. P.S. The restaurant prices were a high and we only had light fair at the bar area.

My review of Hyatt Regency Boston
The Hyatt Regency Boston is staffed by extrememly courteous and helpful employees. Whenever we left the hotel, the doorman asked whether we needed a taxi or directions. On our way out to one excursion, his information was so up-to-the-minute that he was able to tell us that the particular T we planned to take was not running that evening and give us alternate directions. Check-in was very efficient and surprisingly fast in spite of a line of 12 -14 people ahead of us. The quality of the beds and pillows was among the highest we've ever experienced. The hotel is convenient by T to many of Boston's attractions and destinations such as the Museum of Science, the Aquarium, and the North End restaurants.
