Nicely appointed room with good-size
Nicely appointed room with good-size desk in a convenient, centally located part of Boston. All staff were friendly and helpful. Sound-proofing could have been better: could hear TV from next room and soft voices from the hallway. Did not care for double elevator found in Hyatts: one elevator to get from entrance level to lobby and a second to go up to rooms. Bed was very comfortable, and there was ample space to unpack and hang clothes.

Right in center of theaters and great restaurants so just a short walk from hotel. Also, parking right at hotel was wonderful benefit.

Amazing
I stayed at The Hyatt for one night. I am not too familiar with Boston--the hotel staff were extremely helpful with directions. The location is perfect for visitors and residents alike!

Great Location!
We came to Boston to see a Bruin's game and we were delighted with our accommodations, the friendliness of the staff (even let us check in early), and the great location to shops, restaurants, subway (to get to the game). We will certainly stay there the next time we come to Boston and will highly recommend it to our friends and family.

Bruins game
We found because of the construction a bit difficult to find the Hotel. when we did I found the staff was friendly,and eager to assist us. The Hotel was to be expected clean well maintained and elegant. The resturant was very nice , wehad breakfast Saturday morning and the wait staff was very helful and right there when we needed anything. not hovering but attentive. the breakfast was one of the best omelotes I've had in a long time. My wife and I trtavel extesively for work and this beinga pleasure trip were made very comfortable and welcomed. I have already recommended this Hotel chain to my friends and family. I plan to make several pleasure trips to Boston and I will be staying at this hotel in the future. Thanks

loved it!
The hotel was in China town which has a lot of great places to eat. Also, it's really close to the train exit/entrance. Their gym was clean and all equipment was working. Staff was really friendly and was able to answer a lot of my questions.

Summer months would be more enjoyable as you could comfortably walk , however the taxi service was excellent.

excellent 4 star hotel
good location. train stop a few minutes walk away. staff very friendly and helpful couldnt fault them. room clean and comfortable. breakfast good but expensive but there are cheaper options close by.
