Average Hotel, Far Too Expensive
There is absolutely nothing special about this hotel. The price was way too high for what you get! The location is OK. Half of the hotel has a nice view of the harbor but the other half looks at an airport parking lot (you must pay extra for the view). Parking costs $40 for one night (which would be reasonable, except the location is not central to Boston at all; you cannot get anywhere without driving). The restaurant was grossly overpriced. The room was very average; the beds were not comfortable, one of our beds didn't have a fitted sheet. The room was clean-ish, but some of the linens/towels and the bathroom could have been much cleaner; much of the room was borderline questionable. The soda machine on our floor and the floors above and below us were all broken. Fine for a quick night near the airport, but otherwise I would avoid this hotel like the plague. Not worth the price. Not even close.

totally happy
we stay here every year at Christmas and it has yet to disappoint. the room was comfortable, the bed rocked, and there were a ton of pillows. we went downstairs to the restaurant for dinner and had a great meal with great service. happy, happy, happy.

Nice place to stay
Room was perfect. Staff was very polite, and quick to respond to requests. Would have liked for the breakfast to be included, but the food was great. Do not advise room service. Hidden fees really jacked up the cost for a fruit and cheese tray with wine. Hotel was accommodating when I inquired about the charges, and quickly resolved the issue.

Public transportation was fantastic. A free shuttle from the hotel gets you to the Blue and Silver lines for easy access to downtown Boston as well as easy access back to the airport.

Great Business Hotel
The Hyatt Harborside Hotel is perfect for any executive or business trip. Rooms are very new and in pristine conditions. The only thing they lack is free Internet service. Both wireless and LAN have an extra cost. These should be included in the price. Everything else is great. Food is delicious and service is completely great!

Boston bachelorette party
I booked this hotel bc of it's close proximity to downtown without the cost. The hotel was beautiful with a clean, spacious room... Even better than I had had anticipated. Some hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even picked us up in a snow storm when we couldn't catch a cab! I was less than impressed with the hotel manager who was extremely rude to our party without warrant. Overall good deal with orbitz discount.

Last Stop before Home
Excellent visit, quick delivery to airport, excellent boarding pass kiosk. Soundproof windows, excelllent dining and the views were all top rate.

The Hyatt is Great!
I stayed here with a co-worker for 2 nights. The staff was incredibly helpful and super friendly.
