Great Hotel; 4Star Room; Hard to find
Stacey Nov 2, 2009
Hard to get to: The whole point of picking this hotel was because of our late arrival at midnight and our early departure the ... next morning at 6am. The info indicated it was connected to the airport with a skybridge - so you don't have to leave the airport. That's true if you are arriving on A Concourse. We arrived on C concourse. There were no signs, no information on the airport directory map - nothing. Luckily we found a couple of other travelers who were just as confused as we were about the hotel location. One of them called the hotel and was told that it would be easier if we went down to the hotel shuttle area near baggage and they would pick us up and drive us to the hotel ... which made no sense to me since this hotel is "connected" to the airport. Information that would have been useful upon arrival. I was not happy.
Traveler type: Couples
Find out what concourse you are arriving at and make your decision from there. Just because the hotel is "connected" to the airport doesn't mean you can walk to it - you still may be stuck with shuttle service which should make you consider other hotels and their distance from the airport along with their prices.

Very nice, just as expected
Nina123 Jul 24, 2009
As someone who has stayed at Hiltons, Sheratons, Westins and the like many times for work, my stay at the Hilton at Logan ... Airport was pretty much what I expected. The service was friendly and the room was clean and spacious. And of course the location can't be beat for those just traveling in and out of Boston. My only complaint - I heard a good deal of noise during the night, I believe from a neighboring room. While the soundproofing could be better, all in all, a good experience.

Convenience Plus
Expat1 Jul 2, 2009
I stay at airport hotels solely for the ease of making early flight connections, particularly important in Boston because ... access to Logan Airport is always a hassle. The Boston Hilton fits that bill perfectly. In addition, the rooms are very comfortable, but frankly I expect that given the price. The price doesn't always guarantee good service, but the Hilton really came through for me. My bag had been lost on an international connection, and the bellman took the initiative to provide toothbrush etc. A small thing, maybe, but not small to me given that I'd just completed 18 hours of flying. The hotel also made sure to have a supply of luggage carts for those who wanted to walk with their bags to the terminals.
