The hotel is in a great location and is very grand. The bed we had in our room wasnt the most comfortable (could have just been our bed and not all rooms), and the room isn't very large (we didn't spend much time I the room but still small for two
The room wasnt very quiet. Could hear conversations in the hallway, and people closing doors in other rooms. There were a couple of events with young people on during our stay and when returning to the hotel they were sitting around in the foyer, wasnt a good look.
If location is your main priority, this hotel covers that. Copely station is close and makes getting around easy. If you need quiet to be able to sleep you might struggle due to hearing the noise from other rooms and the hallway.
The staff are very friend and helpful. And Katie the hotel dog is a good welcome.
The Fairmont Copley plaza was a great place to spend the night in the heart of Boston on the tail end of a week long vacation. My only disappointment is the fee for service WiFi. It's hard to believe that a hotel of this stature and price is still
nickel and diming people for internet?
