Hotel and Flight
Hotel was excellent however I did not get my HHonor points since I booked the hotel through Orbiz. The flights with US Air was poor--cancellations and delays.

Great Hotel! Fantastic City!
This hotel was fantastic! Great, large room with 2 TV screens, a microwave and a fridge. Wonderful breakfast buffet...not just a muffin and a banana! The staff were courteous and accommodating. Cannot say enough good things...I have been to Boston several times and stayed in various hotels. Give this one a shot! Kudos!!!

hair on the bed and an un-flushed toilet
hair on the bed and an un flushed toiled is what welcomed us to our hotel. additionally, there is no parking and valet only for $32 per night, that would have been nice to know before hand, as we picked this hotel because it was $20 bucks cheeper than the other one across the street (with ample parking). The guest services person, Andrew, who greeted us, was less than friendly, but the rest of the staff was very nice and helpful. I don't travel much, with 4 young kids, but we really wanted this weekend to be a special get-a-way and unfortunately it was just ok. One other problem, there is only one elevator and it was a very long walk to our room.

Highly Recommend when visiting Boston
I highly recommend this hotel if you want a nice place to stay while visiting Boston and don't want to pay for downtown prices. This hotel is very convenient to the airport (with free shuttle) and a short walk or free shuttle ride to the T's blue line (two stops to the Aquarium Station and you are right near that and the main trolley tour stops). The hotel's complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations (including an omlette station - my omlette was light and fluffy). There is a restaurant in the lobby if you don't want to venture out after a day of site-seeing, and on Saturday night we had a free manager's reception with appetizers. I stayed in a two-bed suite with two friends (included a fold out sofa) and were all pleased with our stay. Would stay here again. The only caveat is there are no restaurants within walking distance to the hotel but the one in the lobby (and room service) but that wasn't a problem for me.

Tight spot during impending hurricane,
We love Embassy Suites and were very happy with the hotel as usual but when we tried to get a second night with the hurricane arriving we were told it was full. We were then in the lobby after checking out, searching on our laptop for another hotel and were then told there was a room and we could stay for $100. more which was ridiculous! We felt like they were taking advantage due to the hurricane. So, we ended up going to another hotel and had a great room there.

Business Trip
Staff was very friendly and treated me as if I were the only customer. Shuttle service was prompt and the valets were ready to help with what little luggage I had. Hastle-free check in and check out. My flight did not leave for another eight hours after I checked out and they willingly stored my belongings while I toured the city. Once again, Great customer service!

Time-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
When traveling in Boston, use the MBTA system. If you are staying more than one day, purchase the "T" pass that is good for a week; a much better value than purchasing two single day passes.
