decent experience

it was good for the price, parking was a bit ridiculous, $40 per night for the valet. Rooms were nice and clean.

Very convenient to the hospital

We chose this hotel because it was very close to Tuft's University. If anyone is doing business with the hospital this is the best location to stay. The only down side with this hotel is there is no complimentary breakfast in the morning and no free wi-fi in the room. No indoor pool in the hotel. Starbuck's is in the lobby!!!!

One of the most comfortable hotels I ever stayed

The staffs are friendly, the room was neat and tidy and spacious, plus the free hot cookies.

Downtown Bostn

Great hotel for the money. Close to the T and downtown venues. Breakfast is wicked expensive and it's best to dine out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Friday and Saturday nights were very loud when the clubs close at 2 AM. But we would stay there again.

Great Way to explore Boston

We've stayed here before and this time was just as great as we remembered! The hotel is easy to get to from the highway, there is a T stop right outside the doors, and during nice weather it is easily in walking distance to many of the Boston activities and sights most visitors want to explore. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the bar downstairs is a great place to relax either before heading out for dinner or after you've returned from a long day exploring.

Money-saving tip: Short drive from hotel

You don't have to pay to park in the hotel's lot. You can get information on their website for two parking garages associated with Tufts Medical Center that cost about $10 less/day that are right next door!

Nice Hotel / clean

Enjoy the upkeep in the hotel. During a rain storm the bellman loaned me his umbrella...nice.

Vacation get away

I had a ADA room which was OK. However, the shower pressure was low and the removable shower head would not stay fixed in one position. The lobby was enticing with its modern look. Good location near public transportation. $12.95 per day for internet access is excessive.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

Most attractions are within a short walk (5 to 10 minutes) and other attractions are easy to get to with public transportation.

Boston friendly

Very helpful staff. Expensive but a good value for Boston. Parking was $43 a night which I didn't know till we got there. Location was good because it was right by the orange line train station but bad because its by Tufts medical center & there were ambulances throughout the night going past. Also, the pool was in the adjacent YMCA which wasn't convenient.

Bring sandwich baggies with you - they can be used for snacks, toothbrushes, money, toiletries, medicine or leftovers and are especially helpful with kids.

Great Location for family visit to Bean Town

Service was very friendly and helpful. Valet car service is terrific and well worth the additional charge.

Perfect location

Helpful and friendly staff. Situation right next to the Tufts Medical Center train station (orange line), easy access to other parts of the city. Short walk to South Station and on the edge of Chinatown.
