Fabulous hotel in great location!

Beautiful hotel in super convenient location. I took my 2 kids (5 & 7) all over town by T (Prudential stop right across the street) or by foot. The room was spotless and filled with natural light, the bed was lush and comfortable, and the service was friendly and efficient. We requested a small refrigerator upon check-in and it was there as soon as we arrived at our room. The pool on the roof was fantastic! Drinks and great food at bargain prices (much lower than room service!), lots of towels, etc. Loved this hotel!! One the down-side, we had some noisy neighbors which got annoying at bed time.

Across the street at the Prudential shopping center there are tons of low-priced dining and snacking options. Ask for a refrigerator in your room and keep leftovers and cold drinks!

Friendly, clean, affordable!

We were personally greeted as soon as we stepped out of the cab. After a quick check in (our rooms were ready early) [...] took us to our room. He was delightful - answering all of our questions while making us laugh. The location was no more than a quick cab ride away from all the attractions of downtown Boston. This hotel exceeded expectations and was very affordable. I highly recommend it.

Thornton's is a quick walk (not even a full block) from the hotel. They had great breakfast and sandwiches. Very casual and inexpensive.

GREAT CHOICE!!

This trip was a surprise for my fiancee, the Red Sox Fan :) and this hotel went beyond my expectations. The service is excellent, food at Basserie Jo is outstanding, location is sooooo perfect (right next to the T and minutes away from Fenway Park).... need I say more? The front desk was very helpful in any questions we had, the rooms are so modern n simply amazing. By far one of the best stays I've had, and I'm a very frequent traveler.

The best hotel and location in Boston

This is simply an amazing hotel and location in Boston's Back Bay. The price was very reasonable and the service was simply impeccable. A great French restaurant with an excellent bar is part of this hotel. Took advantage of a very nice roof top pool, although it can be a bit windy sometimes.Loved the fact that the T stop was right outside the front door and the Prudential Center with great shops and restaurants was right across the street. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary there and was not disappointed at all. In fact, the hotel sent us a very nice welcome and congratulatory amentity after learning of our anniversary and decision to stay there. The concierge service was awesome. And their best staff were the greeters/bellhops, especially [...] and [...].Would go back to the Colonnade in a heart beat!

Excellent Hotel...Recommended 100%!!!

I do want to thank you for the excellent service/staff. The hotel has nice workers and they really provided me the best service! I was also very happy with what the hotel offered during my stay. I got a nice and new room with excellent view, a new and comfortable bed with relaxing music, and a new and clean bathroom with all I needed. The Colonnade Hotel provides good quality in everything they have there.... and that is what makes a big difference.
