Club Quarters hotels provide a secure, club-inspired atmosphere in prime locations throughout the United States. Free bottled water on each floor, flat-screen TVs, and an iPod docking station make this Boston hotel comfortably modern. Listen to your favorite tracks while dining casually in your room - meals are available made-to-order from neighboring restaurants, along with the on-site Elephant and Castle bar, a British-themed pub with an extensive whiskey and beer menu. Business guests can use workstations with wireless printing, while those looking to unwind can actually have exercise equipment delivered to their rooms.

Neighborhood
Club Quarters in Boston is located in Boston's Financial District, next to Washington Square and within walking distance of Quincy Market, Boston Commons, and the historic Orpheum Theater - one of the oldest theaters in the United States. Bars, restaurants and shops are varied in this traditionally Irish and Italian neighborhood, and the area is a hub for access to the T, Boston's light rail system, so it's an excellent place for visitors to begin exploring the city.
Hints and tips
Rooms in Club Quarters hotels are more European in proportion than American travelers may be used to, so be prepared for a cozy room.

The upside of this is that Club Quarters offer much better rates than other hotels, as they use their available space more efficiently.

A business hotel great for the weeked traveler

The Boston Club Quarters in the financial district is actually close to everything, and on a quiet street. Being a no nonsense business hotel it is compact and efficient. When you check in you are directed to a computer and the professional and friendly staff assist in the process. The room key access to the elevator provides a nice security feature. When arriving on your floor, you may grab an ice bucket and liner from a community shelf and at the same station, complimentary empty water bottles and water are available according to your needs. The rooms are nicely appointed, all the amenities for a business or pleasure traveler. There are even a few business themed books at the desk. The bed was comfortable, but not the best we've experienced. Adjoining the Club Quarters is Elephant and Castle an english pub. Use your room key to access back into the hotel. Very busy on Friday night. Presently, Saturday night is kareoke. Being on a lower floor, we did hear a little of that, but not really bothersome. They feature a complete menu and on the weekends have a very nice breakfast buffet. The hotel is 1/2 block from the subway, so you are really close to everything. Closest attractions are the Old State House and Faneuil Hall. At checkout we used the complimentary business center to check our flights and printed our boarding passes. The center is roomy featuring a large television and comfortable stuffed chairs.

The subway is safe and clean, though not pristine. Don't drive, just walk or take the subway. Kashmir has great Indian food in the Back Bay area. Must see: Boston Public Library. The Tolley tours are a mixed bag. They are 'hop on hop off Good if your ambulation is limited. You may wait on a trolley, but get one with the included Harbor Cruise.

A Very Pleasant Surprise

I loved this hotel! It is on a side street very near Quincy Market, Fanuiel Hall, and the aquarium. Check-in is done by machine but there is someone at the desk 24/7 to help. The building is old and charming, the hallways narrow, and the rooms smallish but very well appointed. My room looked recently redone and had a microwave, flat screen tv, cordless phone. The bathroom was clean and small but so well organized that it worked. There was a water bar in the hallway which I had never seen before. There is a large room off the lobby that is plush with tv's and internet connection. The front desk staff held my luggage the follwing morning for $1/bag. I had never stayed in a Club Quarters before and nervous about staying in a budget hotel but was very pleasantly surprised. Two problems: 1. the wireless wasn't working the night I was there and 2. I arrived late, the adjoining restaurant was closed, and there was no where close to eat.

Great buy for the money

Club Quaters is a great value for your money. Although my room was small, it was adequate and very clean. The staff was great, very attentive and helpful, and having free internet access was a plus. The location couldn't be beat, right near Fanueil Hall. A very good buy for the money!

Great for business

Club Quarters Boston is great for business for a few nights. The rooms are very nice but they are small. It is a European type feel with small rooms, bathroom and closet, but everything is very clean and well kept. Good Internet connectivity and TV. The restaurant attached is very cool with an English Pub theme. It is in the financial district, which is about a 5 minute cab ride to Copley Square.

Great for Business travelers

The Club Quarters in Boston is ideal for the business traveler. It's rooms are quiet, almost anything can be delivered to your room - much of it waiting for you when you get back. It's near the Boston College Club making it very convenient for meetings and events there. You need a keycard to access the elevator - a nice saftey feature for women traveling alone. There's a restaurant right next door (elephant and castle)plus they offer multi-restaurant dining. About 15 different restaurants are available and they deliver to the front desk which brings it up to you room and charges it TO YOUR ROOM. And you're with in walking distance of a great food court as well. I enjoyed my stay so much, I'm thinking of becoming a Club Quarters member!
