Classy and Low Key
We loved this hotel and we loved the neighborhood. The designer room was clean and sparse with a very modern design The front desk people were very helpful and we felt like we were living in a nice, homey neighborhood. Every restaurant you could imagine is within a 2 block walk and there was even a fantastic jazz club around the corner. Would highly recommend if you don't mind not having the "large hotel lobby" feel.

Short 3-day trip
I enjoyed my experience very much. The hotel was true to its advertising (i.e. no amenities) so that was expected. The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was comfortable in my room. I would recommend it to friends and also go back there to stay.

night in town catching a show
Was seeing a show at the wilbur and wanted to crash in town. Took a chance at this place and it was really great. Super clean room- on the small side but perfect for a crash pad. Nothing too fancy or frilly but for the price wasn't expecting too much. Walking distance to theater district and local bars, but also super easy to grab a cab. Walls are PAPER thin, so keep that fun fact in mind. Was woken up the next morning by some "interesting" noises.

Great location OK place
The price and location are excellent. The rooms are nice but not extraordinary. I checked-in close to 10:00pm and was told I did not have a reservation. Even after pulling out the confirmation on email and attempting to show the reservation on the App I was told "we're not in the business of loosing reservations. If I don't have fax from O then you never booked on O." I wasn't too pleased with this or having to pay for the room again and then have O and the hotel fight it out. The stay was fine but the customer service was clearly lacking.

Perfect last minute pick. . .
Chandler Inn is perfectly situated to everything in Boston, walking distance to the T. We needed a place to stay last minute when we decided to head up to Boston a couple nights earlier then planned. The Chandler Inn is the place, a great price for what you get, a very contemporary clean, high end room. I felt like I was in a much more expensive hotel, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend the Chandler Inn.

Have brunch at the "Top of the Hub" restaurant in the prudential building and have the "rockafeller" haddock, it's a little $$$ but the view is breath taking and the service impeccable. The place has amazing food and an amazing experience.
