It was great for my business trip!
It was very convenient to the Hynes Convention Center and I loved the rooms, staff, and the elevators were not slow as indicated in some of the reviews. I was on the 21st floor and had no problems. I am planning to return to this hotel when my wife and I visit Boston next year. Need to do something about your internet service - I had to pay for it and it was very slow - like dial-in service. If it had been free, I would have complained.

Don't waste your money on the internet service at the hotel - it is very slow and I tried both levels, couldn't tell a difference - both were slow.

Great For everyone
This was a great hotel very close to Cambridge MIT which was the reason we came to attend graduation. Would definitely use this hotel again..very close to great shops along with my favorite dining place"cheesecake factory"...

We really enjoyed our flight & our hotel
We had a lovely stay at the Boston Marriott Copley Place hotel. It was within walking distance 1) to transportation to or 2) to every place we wanted to visit. The room was wonderful. The people were both nice and helpful. The lobby was inviting.

Great location
The Marriott Copley was perfectly located to the T, shopping and restaurants. We found the property to be wonderfully clean and comfortable.

Decent Hotel, valet servce lacking
Hotel was well maintained, fitnness center better than most, valet service was rude, not helpful. concierge was excellent. Our room had great views and the hotel had good access to subway.

great location
Our room was very comfortable and it was convenient to the T for getting to places.The restaurants near by were very good as well.There is a museum close by so you don't need public transportation.
