Great price, great location

We loved central location - blocks from Newberry Street, the Public Gardens, shopping, dining, etc. The registration staff were extremely helpful when we checked in, gave us maps, etc. The Concierge was very helpful on several occasions, including finding exactly what we were looking for re restaurants. Only downside was housekeeping we asked twice not to have the air freshner since my husband is allergic, but they sprayed anyway and we asked for extra towels and did not get the first time. But we would go to Boston Marriott again as it was overall a very good experience.

Great hotel!

The staff at the Mariott Copley Place were great! They checked us in early, no problem, into a great room. I think this place is primarily for business travelers, so a few small amenities were missing like robes and a minibar. However, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the room was very clean. There is a gift shop, Starbucks, lounge, and restaurant on the second floor as the hotel is sort of built right into the Prudential Center mall. Access the the metro was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

Liked the inside connection to a fabulous mall...fun to walk in/window shop even if you couldn't afford anything. Beautiful view of the city from the 27th floor...right across from the Boston Market which was a huge plus. Hotel was beautiful and the location was great for walking to many different interesting sites and to the "T." Gorgeous views of the Charles River, totally fabulous at night!

Nice Hotel

It is a nice hotel. Clean and quiet. It's in a good location close to stores, malls, and the T. Staff was friendly. The rooms were not anything overly impressive, but were comfy. The only compliants I have was the room service was crazy expensive. I order a mini pizza and it cost me 23 dollars. The other compliant would be not that the maid didn't clean our room, but when she did she had this weird thing will moving things around. Overall it was a nice hotel and I would stay again.

Fabulous Time and Fabulous Hotel

I would recommend this hotel to any type of traveler - business or pleasure. The housekeeping staff was really nice and helpful. There is a grocery store right across the street - great for late night munchies. The T is only a couple short blocks away. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is also a great mall - attached!

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

For an inexpensive and very filling breakfast try the Pour House on Boyleston (when you hit Boyleston from the hotel turn left) Great food and right next to the Boston Fire Station for anyone who wants an authentic shirt.

We'll stay here again!

This trip was for my husband's 50th birthday. This hotel is very centrally located, attached to the skybridge to the Prudential Center. There is a grocery store across the street, subway is very close, bus line, too. We used the Olde Towne Trolley service. We walked most of the time, though. The staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful! Beautiful decor, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Superb location and affordable!

Lovely and affordable two day stay with a clean, lovely room. The BEST feature of this location aside from the great room is the fact that you have a system of walkways and bridges that allow you to walk INDOORS to at least two different mass transit sites and some of the best restaurants and shopping in Boston. Having access to this system of indoor walkways is particularly helpful if you are visiting during cold or rainy weather OR if you are new to Boston. I wish I'd looked into this hotel on my earlier Boston trips and saved myself some long rainy walks to T stops, and frustrating drives to try to find a specific restaurant and parking. This hotel can really save you some grief. Don't make the false assumption that I did that the Copley Marriott is too expensive.
