We'll stay here again!

This trip was for my husband's 50th birthday. This hotel is very centrally located, attached to the skybridge to the Prudential Center. There is a grocery store across the street, subway is very close, bus line, too. We used the Olde Towne Trolley service. We walked most of the time, though. The staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful! Beautiful decor, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Superb location and affordable!

Lovely and affordable two day stay with a clean, lovely room. The BEST feature of this location aside from the great room is the fact that you have a system of walkways and bridges that allow you to walk INDOORS to at least two different mass transit sites and some of the best restaurants and shopping in Boston. Having access to this system of indoor walkways is particularly helpful if you are visiting during cold or rainy weather OR if you are new to Boston. I wish I'd looked into this hotel on my earlier Boston trips and saved myself some long rainy walks to T stops, and frustrating drives to try to find a specific restaurant and parking. This hotel can really save you some grief. Don't make the false assumption that I did that the Copley Marriott is too expensive.

Great experience

It is a very good hotel. It located at the most active place beside the downtown. The only thing I am not satisfy is the price of parking. It is too expensive for me.

Good location, gym, pool and a good deal

I stayed in marriot for a conference in a huge conference center. Great location for the conference, which I did not go outside to the center as it is connected to shopping mall, restaurants and the center. Public transportion from the air port in 30 minutes with 2 dollors. The only inconvenient thing is that subway in downtown does not have escalator or elevator. So it is a bit difficult to carry my luggage but that applies to any hotel in downtown. Better gym and pool than near hotels where my coworkers stayed. Starbucks and bars(champs) on the second floor, which is lively yet a reasonable size hotel room is very quiet. I can't tell about restaurants in the hotel since I did not use restaurant in the hotel for breakfast, but there are planty of places to get it in the mall. Also I got a pretty good deal from [...] than discounted price for other hotels from the conference. Really nothing to complain. Strongly recommend this place.

good hotel, a few too many conferences

Clean and professional hotel. However, both times I was here there were conferences which created long elevator lines and some noise. The only place to get free internet on your laptop is the lounges, with disco remixes that got irritating very quickly.

Reliability One Expects With Marriott

This is a fine hotel with all the amenities one expects, but nothing distinguishes it. Bathrobes would be a nice addition. Very comfortable. I have stayed here before and would return.

Great location

I visit Boston on ocassion since my daughter goes to college there. I chose the Marriot for its location and I must say I was very pleased. All was within walking distance, and if you did not want to walk out in the cold weather you just walked within the Copley Place Mall and took the subway. The hotel had everything and just in case you wanted something more you are located within the best mall in Boston.

Shopping tip: In Hotel

There is a supermarket in front, for your munchies. There is the mall for your fine dining and shopping, and there are coffee shops for your breakfast coffee and extras. All this within walking distance since the hotel is located in the mall area. If not you have Newbury street with shops and dining, and discount shopping. There are various subway stations, and a kinkos if you need to get work done. The hotel also has a business center. In one sentence one hotel which has everything.
