Great stay!
We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Best Western Roundhouse. Having never been in Boston, we were looking for a place that had shuttle service to the airport and downtown, with breakfast, a microwave, and a refrig-at a good price. The Roundhouse fulfilled all of our wants. The room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space and was cleaned every day, the breakfast was great, and the hotel staff and drivers were friendly and very helpful in assisting with planning our days, using the subways, and providing transportation. They were also willing to store our baggage after checkout so we could have another morning to explore Boston. We will certainly stay there again if we get back to Boston in the future!

Good and Satisfactory
Clean Room.Shuttle pick up/drop off was very helpful for me as first timer in Boston attending a course.One less star bcos no where did it state on [...]one needs to give 24hrs notice for airport pick up.No restaurant in Hotel, you either eat out or make an order.Added benefit of free morning breakfast.Free wi-fi though not as fast to play Netflix without re-buffering.

Great hotel for the price
The hotel personnel were all very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Joel on the front desk who checked us in. kudos to [...]the shuttle driver. This hotel shines for value. With complimentary shuttles, parking, and continental breakfast. Could use more space in the breakfast area.

Great!
Hotel is located right outside the city, only negative aspect is the location of the hotel. Not in the best area it seemed. Hotel offered free shuttle service which was great! Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us with our questions!

Nice, spacious rooms. Friendly, helpfull staff. Was not impressed with the area, did not seem safe at night. Free shuttle was helpful, although usually somewhat of a wait.

Comfy stay
My boyfriend and I went into Boston for the night to visit law schools. It was in a good location considering it was about a 10 minute cab ride wherever we went. The decorations are a little outdated but the bed was super comfy and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. It was pricy because of graduation weekend but I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay
The hotel location was further than expected from a T station and the "deluxe continental breakfast" was a letdown. However, the staff was friendly and the room was very clean.

Even though we only stayed one night, it was during a snow storm. The front desk staff was more than helpful in accommodating our needs as well as providing a complementary shuttle taking us to an appropriate dinner location.

short convinient walk to hospital
I was in town for a conference at the Hospital. The hotel s conveniently located a few blocks away from the general hospital. Although it is very close to the ghetto. my room was on the first floor and the window did not have proper insulation so besides being cold I could hear every noise coming from the street. To make things worst the staff is rude. Overall I don't think I would stay there again, although they did have a very good complimentary breakfast that was very helpful since there is nothing to eat around.

great location to experience all transit
my friend and i were there to be with friends and their baby having surgery. the location of hotel was great for us to experience all transit services available. the staff at the best western were very friendly and helpful. the shuttle driver was very entertaining. i would recommend and stay here again when in boston

good stuff
Great experience-- the room was much bigger than I expected (and have gotten at pricer hotels). The neighborhood is a little uh questionable but seriously cabs are all right there and the good stuff is not far away at all.
