Perfect for a long weekend
I planned a long weekend in boston with my fiance and booked here mainly for the low rate and refund policy. The customer reviews also helped in my choice. We arrived around the check in time and was promptly allowed to check in, the room was small but perfect for 2 people with a door separating the bed and the living quarters. The rooms are clean and well stocked with all the basics, the breakfast was good and the shuttle service was AMAZING! The temperature on our visit was in the single digits with wind gusting at 30mph so walking outside was brutal, but with the shuttle service being so convenient to the local major attractions helped greatly. The shuttle is free and runs all day but plan accordingly as its a very busy service. Overall a great stay the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions i had about the area and would stay at this location again!

the museum of science was fantastic! It is very interactive for adults and kids, the parking garage is reasonably priced! ALSO BUY THE BOSTON CITY PASS if you plan to go to the supported museums, the savings are great and may help skip certain lines once you have the booklet!

Good People
Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Their shuttle service was EXTREMELY helpful. Hotel was located near the hospital. As we traveled around Boston and met people and they found out where we staying they thought we were staying in the rougher part of Boston. Wouldn't have gone out at night. Staff and hotel conditions were good for the price if all you need or looking for is a place to sleep.

Great place but it's loud
This was a nice property and the staff was stellar and accomodating. The room was very comfortable and large and clean. The A/C in my room seemed broken so that was really comfy considering it was way hot out - I also didn't mention it as I was really busy. The neighbourhood is a bit iffy, not dangerous but not too freindly either - you can hear the emergency vehicles in and out of the hospital next door all night so that wasn't great. Good proximity to essential shopping as the mall is right down the street. The proximity to special shopping was non-existent. The complimentary breakfast was great

MUCH better than expected...
We booked this Best Western hotel in Boston at the last minute and I was very nervous about sub par accommodations. We were pleasantly surprised!! The staff was very friendly and gave us early check-in (without attitude!). We had a room with a king bed and pull out sofa. The room was actually divided into two rooms and it was super spacious and CLEAN. The shower was great as was the king bed. OH, yes, and parking was FREE...other hotels wanted up to $50 bucks to park for 24 hours.

great location to experience all transit
my friend and i were there to be with friends and their baby having surgery. the location of hotel was great for us to experience all transit services available. the staff at the best western were very friendly and helpful. the shuttle driver was very entertaining. i would recommend and stay here again when in boston

take a shuttle to the prudential building and eat at the cheesecake factory then short walk to the T for ride to wharf and enjoy the market..

Great place to stay
The hotel location was further than expected from a T station and the "deluxe continental breakfast" was a letdown. However, the staff was friendly and the room was very clean.

Great hotel for the price
The hotel personnel were all very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Joel on the front desk who checked us in. kudos to [...]the shuttle driver. This hotel shines for value. With complimentary shuttles, parking, and continental breakfast. Could use more space in the breakfast area.

Great!
Hotel is located right outside the city, only negative aspect is the location of the hotel. Not in the best area it seemed. Hotel offered free shuttle service which was great! Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us with our questions!

Good and Satisfactory
Clean Room.Shuttle pick up/drop off was very helpful for me as first timer in Boston attending a course.One less star bcos no where did it state on [...]one needs to give 24hrs notice for airport pick up.No restaurant in Hotel, you either eat out or make an order.Added benefit of free morning breakfast.Free wi-fi though not as fast to play Netflix without re-buffering.
