Courtyard by Marriott Boston Billerica/Bedford

This particular stay was very special for me. It has been 5 years since my cancer diagnosis........I'M 5 YEARS CANCER FREE! The 3 women in my life that helped me through this (I call them my posse) came with me. We had a wonderful dinner, drinks and good old "girl talk" all night long. It was perfect. Thank You!!!

we had a comfortable stay. boston is a 30 minute- drive away. the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel room was especially comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is close to Boston but quietly located out of the hustle and bustle. We caught the commuter train into the city to avoid driving in.

I always slept in Courtyard Hotels but it is the best one

I am originally from Billerica, and had been visiting to attend a wake & funeral for a family member. The hotel itself is very nice. Very clean, in great condition, and fantastic amenities. Located in a very nice area of Billerica, and close to the highway. Easy access to shopping. I would have given this hotel a perfect rating if it weren't for their front desk staff. First, we arrived early and I asked if it would be alright for us to check-in early. I received a dirty look, and a rude comment about how check-in wasn't until 3pm. A man came out quickly following this response and was nice enough to check us in without an issue. Then, we woke up the next morning and went downstairs for breakfast. I had never gotten any ticket for my free breakfast I paid for via online reservation, so I asked if I would need anything. I received two dirty looks after they looked through some papers and claimed that wasn't included in our package. I brought up my reservations on my phone showing the extra $5 paid for breakfast for two. They continued to argue with me and give me dirty looks before they handed me two tickets. One of these people were not even dressed properly. He was wearing a T-shirt with a suit jacket over it. Fortunately, the cafe staff was incredible. The waitress was friendly and made a point to greet and speak with every person! Even though it was buffet style she continued to walk around get people some items they may have missed. She certainly goes beyond for every customer! I went to go make tea, and she was helpful enough to insist on going back and getting me my own pot since it would be hotter. She saved my entire outlook on this hotel, and regardless of the other rude staff I would definitely visit again.

I was attending a Golden Wedding anniversary of a college friend and her spouse. I had been at their wedding 50 years before. I stayed one night and found the room clean and well appointed-perfect for a night away from home when the entertainment was in town and I just needed a convenient place to spend the night. Desk staff were very competent in directing me back to the road home-in Vermont.

Best : The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast food was good and there was a variety of choices. The pool was very nice and the water was a good temperature.Now THE BAD. I noticed a TERRIBLE odor in the hallway outside our room. Then I noticed it as I entered each floor and as I entered the lobby. By the second night it had seeped into our room. The woman at the desk said " the ducts in the hotel were just cleaned, and there was an odor on every floor." She said it eventually went away. I have been in many hotels and never had such an odor. I would not go back unless I asked the question about the odor. Also the safety latch that goes across the door would pop out when I tried to open the door from the inside. Not too safe. My door key card would not work after three tries, and eventually they got one out of two to work.
