The hotel stay was great...the only suggestion that I would make is to add a little better breakfast maybe???? But, overall it was a pleasant experience!

Not so good

Ripped off by Orbitz
Hotel was great, it is Orbitz that ripped us off. I had an interview that if not concluded by check out time 11:00, would require an extra day. I booked two days in case. When checking out, the hotel told me that even though I was checking out a day early, Orbitz would charge me with no refund. Also, Orbitz gave me $56.00 a day, the hotel told me that if I would have called them, it would have only been $59 a day, and I could have checked out early without being ripped off for two days instead of one. I will not use Orbitz again, they can have the extra day to remind me not to use them again.

I checked into the hotel at 4:00. I went in the room just to check it out. And left to go about my business. When I got back. My Key didn't work. So I went back to the front desk to check it out. They said it wasn't my room. First floor backing up to the coffee bar. 20 feet away from the front desk. The said my room was on the second floor. Apparently they moved me without letting me know. I am glad I didn't unload my truck. I was pretty amazed.

Check in desk had bad attitudes
