Mini Vacation

A great place to stay. It was very close to many things. The room was very clean and the staff was very courteous and friendly. There was one minor problem, but the staff corrected it immediately. Thanks to all that made our stay worthwhile!!!

Mini Vacation

This room had everything listed but the pool but that was okay it was to cool to swim.They had great customer service and friendly staff that treated us like family not visitors. We had one minor problem but within minutes it was resolved. The room was nice , clean, and very comfortable.

Nice big room

The room was nice and roomy. The toilet "tumped" when used, but we informed the desk staff on checkout. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The housekeeping staff were very attentive when we asked for something. We would stay here again. We just stayed for a getaway. We were pleased and comfortable with our stay.

Just OK

The price was reasonable... room was fair for the price... the breakfast was nothing at all .... only one member of the staff was approachable... they had a new girl at the front desk during check out that was not fully trained, could not answer many questions when a problem existed during checkout.... Just a basic no thrills stay...

looks better from the outside

The room had missing knobs from the drawer with sharp screws sticking out (i cut my leg bad on one) The sofa had spots of fabric missing and the a/c was off when we got there (it took 4 hrs to cool)

Needs improvement

cleaning Staff was not friendly at all so bad that my daughter had nightmares involving the cleaning staff, rooms are small and when I called to make reservation I specifically asked for a swimming pool for my girls and they informed me that it was working well it was NOT!!! it was completly empty no water. No toiletries.

nice and clean!

We got a little lost when trying to enter the hotel because there was no entrance from the freeway feeder road. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was pretty clean, and they even came in and cleaned the room while we were out fishing. We were extremely disappointed that there was a pool, but it had no water in it- in the summer and a holiday weekend!

Don't eat at the Crackerbarrel across the street. The service was terrible and the food awful!
