Sam's Town dirty...
I rated the overall stay as a 2 because: 1. Old style TV; get a LCD! 2. Moldy shower curtain 3. AC did not work 4. The shower water pressure was pathetic, more like a weak sprinkler.

Needs Sleep
Needs new mattresses
The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept on in a hotel in a long time. I would not stay there if you want a good night's sleep.

my stay at sams town
My stay at sams town was an awsome experiance. I was only in town for a couple of days and didn't have to travel for anything. Its location is conveniant to shopping centers and club spots.

When I first booked this hotel, I noticed in the description that they said they had a video game console. I called the hotel to ask which one, they told me a PS. I was pretty happy with that. When my husband and I got to the hotel, there was no video game console. We called the Front Desk and they said the rooms didn't have them. I brought up the hotel reservation and they had changed the room description to where it didn't say video game console. Second problem we encountered is the lights. We had a hard time figuring out how to get all the lights to turn on and had a hard time turning off one of the lamps. We figured out the light switches but had to one plug the one lamp. The coffee sucked. You would think with all the money you spend on the hotel you could have decent coffee at least. The pool description online and in the hotel book that they have specificed a 'heated pool, but the pool was FREEZING. We were also disappointed that the shower curtain rod in our bathroom was broken so the curtain wouldn't cover up the whole shower letting the cold air in. I was disappointed with the money my husband and I spent on this hotel to have this many problems.

Unbelievable
My first time to use Orbitz and to visit Shreveport, LA. the price was GREAT and the hotel was very comfortable. I travel a lot and this was a last minute booking and Orbitz made it easy. I highly recomend Sam's Town Casino and Hotel for anyone traveling through this area of the country. Great dining as well as super quiet and comfortable rooms. Recomend you get a room on the higher floor numbers and request a view of the river.

Great Stay!
I was in town for business and was very pleased with my whole experience at the Hotel. Everything was upto par and really had a great Dinner at the Steak House. Would defnitately return

Sams Town
My friend and I attended a benefit in the downtown area. The room was large, clean and the beds were comfortable. The floor was quiet. We got the room we requested. The downside is that the hotel smells of cigarette smoke in the common areas.

Good Business Stay
The Rooms were awesome - despite poor customer service attitude at front desk(same on check in and check out), poor attitudes and not very helpful.
