sheets were not clean, room was not completely Cleaned! Condoms by the staircase! Could not shut the bathroom door! Carpet was dirty! Will Not Be Back!!

Could have been better
After receiving my key & going to my room my key did not work & I discovered I was given the wrong room. I asked for a king not a double bed. The staff was not accommodating at all. Both were very rude & unprofessional. They got an attitude with me when I asked to upgrade my room & informed them the key I was given did not work. While I was standing and waiting they were using profanity & taking personal phone calls. By far the worst experience I'd ever had. I wouldn't return if they were the last people open for business. If I could be refunded that would be great. Although that won't happen I know to never return!!! Hated my stay

Great place to crash
Even with the kids this time it was great and safe. Only stayed the night but its about my 10th time staying and the staff and workers that stay there are pleasent. Its comforting feeling safe with two small children. Def a great value price wise too

Good for sleep
The mattress was very comfortable. However the tub drain took a long time to drain. We needed extra towels & housekeeping came right away. They could use a food vending machaine.

OK ROOM
I booked a non-smoking room and Obitz sent a request for smoking, so therefore we walked up to third floor and room smelt like smoke, We walk back down and showed our comfomation sheet and they showed us YOUR error. The clerk at front desk was extremely nice and accomidating.

Room was awful! Very dirty smelled very bad and you could smell the person next door or above frying something! People live here... there were bbq grills in front of a couple of rooms!

Truthful traveler
Not so good report
The hotel/motel is obviously old and in a state of decay. The grounds were trashy, the pool was green and no one went near it. The exterior stairs and walkways were filthy. Rooms were OK but the whole complex is in need of renovation.
