Great hotel
This hotel was great. We were driving a pickup cross-country towing a car and they let us park right in the front so we could see the car from the room and not have to unhitched. Vet acomidating. The breakfast was good and the breakfast lady was very nice. The room was GREAT,CLEAN and the shower was fantastic.

Birthday Getaway
I love the stay.... Very quiet... Staff was courteous and helpful... Key to the room didn't work one time but the stay was great for a good price..

Budget friendly!
I stayed here for one night since I was passing through. The location of the hotel was very close to I10 which was good for me because that was the highway that I needed to get on once I departed for my next destination. The city limits of Lafayette weren't too far away from the Sleep Inn which was good for me because I knew of a few places in Lafayette that I wanted to eat at. All it took was a short drive. The room was clean once I walked in, but a funny smell roamed the room. I think it may have been due to the air conditioner, but I wasn't too concerned about it. All I needed were the basic necessities: Sleep, shower, rest and eat. The bed was nicely made and the bathroom was well kept and cleaned. I didn't have to ask the front desk for any other items. I had all that I needed. For the price that I paid it was great since I was only passing through. I ate breakfast the next morning and it wasn't nothing extravagant considering the price I paid for the room, but it worked out for me. Basic cereal, biscuits/gravy, fruit, milk, juice, etc. For my quick one night stay it provided everything that I needed for a great price!

Baseball Mom
Good location
We were there for a baseball tournament. The hotel is in a good location for easy access to the interstate. The rooms were clean and neat. Overall good experience for the price. The hotel staff were friendly. The only complaint was out in the parking lot of the hotel. There were a group of people hanging out around their vehicle with lawn chairs, a cooler and and "boombox". Just strange to be hanging out here on a Saturday night.

After we checked in, we realized the room smelled the smoke. I called the front desk, and they told us to come down and they would reassign our room and just like that we got a another room that was great.

Sleepin' at the Sleep Inn...
The Sleep Inn at Scott had one really good feature: the shower head was one of those adjustable units that provides an excellent massage, along with water that has been softened. It was so good I stayed in there for a half-hour! Otherwise, the place isn't bad at all, it looks like Katrina might have caused some damage that is still under repair, but mostly it is comfortable and everything works. The beds were full of static so I was uncomfortable at first and had to get accustomed to it. Once I did, I was able to sleep like a babe.
