Renovated warehouse lends historic feel to modern New Orleans hotel
The Wyndham Riverfront New Orleans recently underwent a $9 million renovation. The converted rice mill now shows off original brickwork and plantation shutters. The modern hotel's fine art photographs of New Orleans in guest rooms and public spaces capture the past and present theme. The Wyndham Riverfront is situated in the old warehouse district and convenient to Mississippi river attractions and the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Sleepless in New Orleans
We are not very well traveled so I do not have much to compare. [...] the room was right across from the elevator shaft/motor so the noise was sleep depriving! New Orleans was fun [...]. Also, some sort of stain on the wall in the room...not good attention to detail.

Good location
but valet parking is to expansive.They should give a discount for guests who stay more than one night. No free Internet access in the guest rooms, that's poor.

Good value
Coffee makers only worked once no matter how many they brought to the room. Internet access too complicated and charge for access once you did get access. Be prepaired to walk a lot.

OUt of the 7 differnt people at the front desk, only three treated us with pleasent smile. Two were extremely gloomly.

Wyndham Riverfront Hotel
Room Decent with great beds but small bathrooms. TV is out-dated. View from my room was poor at best. Location to convention center was terrific!! Only had breakfast 3 times - service was very slow; food decent. Work out room sufficent, computor room small. This hotel seems to have been renovated some time ago. Hallways creeked, needed key to get to floors with room which seemed tro indicate that area was not safe.

Great Location
Wyndham Riverfront, New Orleans, Louisiana The beds for very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The only problem was one staff member was unfriendly when checking in but the rest of the stay was wonderful

VERY COZY
THE WYNDAM RIVERFRONT WAS VERY COZY, THE ROOM SEEMED LARGER DUE TO THE STRATEGIC PLACEMENT OF THE FURNITURE. I LIKE THE LARGE SHOWER AREA AND CLOSET SPACE. THE LOCATION TO THE NEW ORLEANS ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT WAS EXCELLENT.
