Very Luxurious

Windsor Court is an amazing hotel. We stayed in a suite and it was amazing. Our view was amazing and the hotel was beautiful. The cont. breakfast was not so great. Our toilet would not flush but other than that it was a perfect hotel. I would recommend it to anyone.

Better than the Ritz (Literally)

This was the only room we could find in New Orleans on Valentines Day weekend. We have never stayed in such a nice place. The staff and services were amazing. The room was absolutely wonderful. We got a free room upgrade. The location could not have been better. It was easy to find and close to everything, plus had a great view. We stayed here as a couple but, would be a good place for a family to stay. We will definatly stay here again.

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff

First time in New Orleans; hotel was great -- provided turn down service, gigantic rooms with small kitchen and sitting area; concierge was so helpful in recommending things to do and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Simply elegant

The hotel is elegance exemplified, from the exquisite decor to the personal service. Late night room service was quick. They have just introduced a scrumptious lunch buffet in the Salon and continue to serve a marvelous three course Afternoon Tea there also (Thurs-Sunday) which is not to be missed. I will not confess how much time I spent gambing, but it was amazingly convenient for me (a woman travelling alone) to pop back and forth between the hotel and Harrah's casino right next door at all hours of the day and night. The large saltwater pool (located outside of the fourth floor) is absolutely marvelous.

New Orleans Home away from Home

New Years Eve and New Years Day in the Big Easy. Great time. Only issue was the slow service in the Hotel at the New Years Day brunch. Probably staffing issues but the food was good when it did arrive.
