The rooms in this mostly suite hotel are spacious and graciously appointed with English-style furnishings, Italian marble baths, free Internet, mp3 docking stations, flat-screen televisions and more. The suites start at 600 square feet and offer extra living space that includes a sofa, work desk and chair. French doors separate the living space from the bedroom in the full suites, which are enhanced by a butler pantry. Amenities including hair dryers, ironing boards and coffee pots are provided in every room.

a nice weekend
The Windsor Court was ideal. We loved the location, the suite and the view of the Mississippi River. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. The first room we were in had the hot water problem. We spoke to the staff and our room was immediately switched. The rooms are being renovated and the rooms with less hot water change. They apologized and we were very happy with the new suite.

Excellent Place to Stay
Rooms are very comfortable, very well appointed and appear to have been recently renovated. The English décor looks fresher than the photos depict. Staff was attentive, friendly and very well trained. Turn-down service with local pralines is a nice touch. We didn’t eat at the hotel, but had drinks on a few occasions at the hotel’s Polo Lounge, which is a great bar. Location is just about perfect – outside of the riff-raff of the quarter but within walking distance of it, as well as Harrah’s and many great restaurants. Will definitely stay at the Windsor Court again!

A frequent traveler
Needs some good housekeeping
The hotel itself is lovely but the staff is less than impressive. My room was minimally maintained, never felt clean and on Fri. housekeeping did not make up the room until 7PM. The evening concierge was indifferent in his recommendations for fine dining and less than helpful-hardly a good ambassador for the hotel or the city.

Fantastic. The service is amazing.
The only thing they need to change is I had a room with two beds instead of a King. The beds were full size, not Queen. I am 6 feet 4 inches so this is a problem. No hotel should have full size beds. They are not practical. Other than that the room was fantastic. The experience in the hotel is incredible. They have the best service that I have ever experienced. PERFECT!!!! The entire staff at every function was great.

First Anniversary
Noticeable Deficits
We were pleasantly surprised at the friendly and elegant first impression of the lobby and staff. Unfortunately that ended once we got to the room. Our room was noticeably outdated. The television channels were fuzzy; not to mention it had a VHS player attached! We were also disappointed with the pool area which was also outdated. To add to the disappointment, we could see the W Hotel's pool area from our hotel room which we looked on with envy! Parking is WAY too expensive, and we had to call down to have our room cleaned twice because housekeeping forgot our room! Also, the business center charges an arm and a leg for internet access, so bring a laptop!

Ambience was great. Rooms need some work
Great location next to the French Quarter. The room was very loud. The TV's were old and the remote didn't really work. The shower was lousy. But we didn't come for the room, we came for New Orleans and for that it was perfect. Close by to the trolly and all the attractions, etc. Breakfast prices were ridiculous. $5 for a cup of coffee. We almost spent as much on breakfast as we did dinner.
