Large New Orleans hotel with amenities for business, pleasure travelers

Nice Place
The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice bed and pillow options. The lounging chair and the desk chair were both leather and comfortable. The fawcett on the shower was dripping the entire stay. Internet was expensive. The breakfast buffet was very nice with smoked salmon and lots of fresh fruit but a little pricey. I used the "Green" conservation vouchers to offset the cost. The lobby was nice and staff was helpful. Very large projection TV in the lobby to watch the games.

Bobby K's restaurant had great traditional dinner. Luke's was very slow and tried to double charge.

Too Much for not Enough!
Over priced. Had to pay $37/day to park at the Hotel! No microwave, no refrigerator, the A/C did not keep room cool even after calling and having service man look at it, very few receptacles. Def would not recommend this hotel

Excellent hotel
When Starbucks are the least expensive, the food service to too expensive. Parking for two days was almost $75. No place else to put your car. Valet personnel were wonderful as were all staff.

Mena's Restaurant just over a block into the quarter is wonderful. Of course, all French Quarter food is fantastic.

Great trip
New Orleans weekend getaway
While visiting in New Orleans we romed the city a d explored different things such as the French quarter and the riverwalk. We experienced the night life of bourbon street and a few of the local eateries. I enjoyed being able to come back to a very nice and clean hotel such as the Sheraton. The beds were extremely comfortable and for the location and price, we couldnt have gotten a better deal!

Tomas or tomasitos- don't know exact name but it was a Mexican restaurant and it was fantastic, but beware of the pitchers of margaritas, they are quite delicious but PRICEY

Great getaway
The room was great, the location was great and the city was even better!! Hotel located right in the middle of either the Riverwalk or French Quarter. The only thing that got me was the valet parking which was $73 for 2 days!

Wonderful place to stay in New Orleans!
It is great hotel in the great location of New Orleans! Stunning views from the room and only couple blocks away from Bourbon street. Business center is available with free internet access and printer. Hotel also has its own parking for $37 per day.

Not impressed!!!
The hotel elevators were malfunctioning making the ride as long as 45+ mins. Our room smelled like smoke. The hotel has a great location and a nice lobby. Waited over 30 minutes for the valet to return our vehicle. Probably will not stay here again unless it's a great bargain.

Civitan International Convention

In Hotel
Dinning at the hotel was expensive; therefore, we had breakfast at the Daisy Dukes just half block from there, lunch and dinner at a small restaurant behind the hotel. The food was good and economical at both places. We went to Arby's across the street, but the place was dirty and the bathrooms were filthy.
