Wonderful at the S
I enjoyed everything at the hotel. The room was comfortable and the view was the best. I could see the hole uptown area. The bar area was great. Everyone was friendly. I can't wait to stay there again.

I really think that The Sheraton In New Orleans is a pleasant and comfortable hotel that families can rely on when they are thinking about vacationing in New Orleans. Its location is great and the staff make their business to comply with all your needs. I would really recommend this Hotel to anybody that is really searching for a pleasant, clean and safe place to stay.

There are too many to list but all i can say is that most of restaurants, clubs, shooping are and attractions and just a short walk away.

Great service and perfect location
We went to New Orleans for the weekend and were very pleased with the service at this hotel. Our room had a great view over the river and we were given complimentary continental breakfasts and evening hors d'ouevres.

Nice place to stay
The perks were great at the hotel as far as a continental breakfast in the club level as well as the free afternoon appetizers. It always chafes me when a High end hotel wants to charge for amenities like internet use or use of the gym. We couldn't determine if we would be charged for the gym or not. There was a community computer in the club room, but for an exploration vacation, its great to have a computer to use in your room. For $10 a day I could buy a months worth of computer time for 3 days. I loved the hotel, but items like this leave a lasting bad taste....

very people friendly
This was a very enjoyable experience. The. staff was excellent from the moment I checked in. The hotel was clean,the food was good and reasonably priced. I consider this good for a business meeting or for a family holiday, or for a meal with friends. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable. There were several shops closeby inclusive of pharmacies,Shopping Mall etc. I left my cellphone charger at home and when I told this to room service I received one within 10 minutes and the lady called me back to make sure that I had received it. Iforgot to mention that on chechkin the staff member enquired as to if I wanted to join the hotel points program. So for me this was a most enjoyable experience and I have already began to recommend it to my family and friends.

night life and dinning just a short walk away. Bourbon St. and the whole French Quarter a short walk away. Take it easy with Pat O'brien's Hurricanes. The really blow u away. Ask my girlfriend, she's still dizzy.

Great for Vistors
I visiting NOLA for pleasure. The hotel staff was very helpful in directing and giving directions. They told me about sights we might enjoy,and advised us to be careful while touring the city.

Great Location
The hotel staff were very friendly and great with answering questions. I also really liked the location of the hotel. It is close to everything! It is a block away from where the French Quarter starts, and walking distance from the River Front. I would suggest staying here because it is close to the action, but not in the heart of the action, so noise is not an issue for great sleep.

Great Business amenities
I had to rewrite and recopy a few pages in a very important presenation document. I used the business center. The two women in that center were very knowledgeable about the services I needed, assisted me in the copy and rebinding of the presentation and were cheerful doing it. Their help realy made the difference in my business meeting and my trip! Thank you Sheraton! p.s. they were even able to print some business cards for me!

The Palace Cafe is an excellent dinner choice, great food and a fantastic atmosphere and is just across the street.

Nice Hotel/Great location
Only 5 minutes to Bourbon Street (takes a little longer walking back but that may have been alchohol related) Only 10 minute walk to the casino... Hotel is nice- cool hotel lobby and bar/restaurant area...but it was a little pricy 5+ for a beer.
