An excellent stay
Spent a lot of time on Bourbon street. The staff was very nice and having a Starbucks did not hurt as well.

Sheraton Review
I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff at the Sheraton. Additionally - the beds were extremely comfortable. This trip was a vacation, and it was my first time in New Orleans. The Sheraton was perfectly located and there really is no need for a rental car while staying there. We did rent a car, only because we visited family, who live in Lafayette, which is about 2 hours away. I thought the overnight cost of parking the car at the hotel ($37.00) was a bit steep, and added another $100+ to our bill. But - I would definitely stay at the Sheraton if I were to go back to New Orleans, and I will certainly recommend it to my family and friends.

Very nice
Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice room. Some longer waits for elevators when large numbers of people were trying to change floors at the same time (lunch, post conference).

Great Biz Hotel - Close to Fr. Quarter
Everyone at the N.O. Sheraton works hard to make sure that all guests are taken care of. Location excellent - close to convention center, close to French Quarter. Great views of city and river. Rooms comfortable, clean -- a terrific value [...].

Great Location for JazzFest
Great location if you are going to JazzFest - the bus leaves from the hotel and many artists stay there too. We saw Aaron Neville & Cyndi Lauper in the lobby. The rooms are a bit shabby - could use some updating. Bed linens were great. Please put fans in the bathroom & more lights in the hallways - too dark!! Need umbrellas at poolside - sun is unbearable. Service was friendly & helpful, but at times slow.

It was so nice I wanted to move in.
The Sheraton Hotel was worth the price I paid for it of course the price went up for Fat Tuesday but it sure was worth it 100%. Everything from the towels to the pillows were so comfortable that you never wanted to leave the room. I stayed on the 32nd floor facing Canal street and it was great veiw to watch some of the parade from while getting ready for a night on the town.
