Awesome hotel, awesome location

I stayed here during my first solo trip to NOLA and I loved it! The hotel is clean, classy and with extremely friendly staff. My room was spotless and very comfortable and the hotel's location is ideal because I was able to wander through the French quarter but easily return to the hotel to drop off shopping or just take a break. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the Big Easy!

location, location ...

Hotel ambiance, staff etc. was very nice. The one thing which totally ruined it was the fact that the room was on Conti street side and the noise from Bourbon street carried into the room. Did not get a wink of sleep and checked out the very next morning to find another hotel.

Frenchman street - I believe it was called - in Marigny area is where the real music scene is. Bourbon street is for bachelor parties and Spanish Costa ambiances.

New Years Visit

We stayed at this hotel for the New Years weekend and it could not have been a better experience. The location is prime (1/2 a block from the middle of Bourbon St) and they had valet parking at the hotel. The staff was just wonderful. The hotel is old (like everything in the French Quarters) but the rooms were modern and clean, Maid service was great and it was quiet considering all the noise going on up the street. The price per nice was very reasonable for the location. Would stay there again any day

Good place to stay in the Quarter

I make random last minute trips to Nola and this is one of my go to places. Right across the street from the Erin Rose Bar and an easy walk to any restaurant or attraction. The rooms are ok, kinda hit or miss but the staff is extremely friendly. Even let me check in @ 9:30 in the morning!!!

The location is great!

The location was great, easy to find other locations. The hotel provided a helpful map and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was advertised as a smoking room but it was not. It would be nice to have coffee and rolls in the lobby in the morning. All in all it was quite nice and I would stay there again.
