Great location
The Omni hotel was a great location to get to the French Quater for the music fest. The bed saged in the middle but was repaired when we reported it to the front desk.

Omni Royal Crescent Review
The room did not have a window to the outside. Instead it had a large window that looked out into the hallway. The room itself was large and so was the bathroom. It was clean but I'm not sure what the problem was. I kept sneezing when in the room, but then I would be fine once outside.

Nice little joint
It's has a small footprint, not far from the French Quarter. Our room was a small one around the corner from the elevator. The only "window" looked out on an alcove in the hallway. The bathroom was giant, but suffered from that shower design where they use glass instead of a curtain, and only cover half the tub. Oh well, it's not my tilework. The outlets were poorly placed for modern needs. The wifi was $10 for 24 hours, and could only support one device at a time. Bed was comfortable enough, if a bit soft. The pillows were nice, but tended to slip down between the mattress and headboard. My wife said the top bed cover smelled like body odor, so we shoved it in the closet. Staff was attentive.

Perfect Hotel
Wonderful location, close to all the great restaurants in NOLA. Excellent, friendly staff. Comfortable beds, black out curtains, quiet room. Many, many towels. Fitness center is reasonable. Quaint sun deck. Rooms were nicely appointed. Is now my go-to place to stay in NOLA.

Pretty good for last minute booking
Overall a pretty good experience, but nothing really stood out. The staff was nice but didn't really go out of their way to accomodate us, especially when we booked a room with a Queen-sized bed but were only given a Full-sized bed. It's very clean, the amenities were plenty, and anything we needed we received other than the correct sized bed. The valet was prompt even as we forgot to tip them the first use. The walls are a bit thin as you could hear your neighbors rather easily, but it was very well priced for its convenient location especially as we booked the night before for a new year's eve stay.

Got better
the room we were given was very small and not clean. there was hair in the tub, dust on the lamp and furniture bases, m&m's on the floor. we complained & showed them these issues. we then were given a bigger room, still dusty but they cleaned it again for us. after that, the stay was enjoyable. front desk gave us mis-information several times, which was unfortunate, but didn't ruin our stay. All in all, it was fine.
