Great customer service!
The property was beautiful and exquisitely maintained. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. They all seemed happy to be there and were quick to help us with everything from finding the best location to watch the St. Patrick's Day Parade to washing my son's sneakers after he stepped in a puddle! We felt so welcomed. The only downside was that the hotel restaurant was quite expensive and breakfast was at least a 3/4 mile walk away. It would be a great spot for a romantic trip without the kids, too!

A Great Place to Stay in NOLA
Room was large and clean. There was a bit of wear on the walls and furnishings but not bad. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant is outstanding and worth the price if you don't want to venture far.

Great location, great service
I was in New Orleans on business for nearly a week and staying at Loews made it an easier, much more pleasant experience. Perfectly located, outstadning service, and a world-class restaurant (Cafe Adelaide) kept me focused on my work without having to be distracted by those considerations. It was all right there. Loews proximity to the French Qtr and the Warehouse Dist also made it ideal for cutting loose when I needed a break, without having to be in the middle of all that bustle. My second time staying there, and my go-to choice in New Orleans from now on.

Short walk from hotel
A short walk to Cochon in the Warehouse Dist for amazing updated Creole/Cajun food. Also the Crescent City Farmers Market is an amazing urban farmers market practically around the corner from the hotel.
