Called the "Belle of New Orleans," Le Pavillon Hotel stands out from the crowd of cookie-cutter chain hotels. A member of Historic Hotels of America, Le Pavillon was built in 1907 and still retains its majesty more than 100 years later with its high ceilings, opulent chandeliers, and antique furnishings in the lobby, as well as 219 refined guestrooms outfitted with marble bathrooms. The award-winning Crystal Room is the hotel's on-site dining option, with an inspired menu of Cajun-inspired cuisine.

A wonderful hotel

I have never stayed at a hotel with a friendlier or more helpful staff. This hotel was very reasonably priced, but the service was beyond first class. I would recommend it to anyone!

40th Wedding Ann. Weekend

Staff could not be more helpful. From planning our evenings after dinner to band aids for blisters from walking the French Quarter, they were great--friendly, courteous and most helpful. We will be back.

Wonderful Spring Break

The Hotel was lovely. I did not expect such a historic experience. The standard room was very large. Even through we had an option to up grade we decided not to. The late night peanut butter & jelly sandwichs and hot chocolate tradition was great. The employees treated the guests like royalty and the 6 ft 7 doorman looked like a statue from a distance. I had to take pictures. We definitely plan to come back.

Momma's is a block way. They have great Gumbo and jambalaya. Also try Deane's located in the French Quarter. They give you a lot of food. We shared a plate.

Excellent Choice!

La Pavillion was perfect in every way! Location is fantastic. You are close enough to Boubon Street (4 blocks) to walk, yet far enough away to get a break from the non-stop craziness of it all. The hotel staff was amazingly helpful and treated us like royalty! The room was large and beautiful. The rooftop pool and hot tub area was great fun. Highly recommend!

absolutely incredible

The hotel and service was amazing. It was great to have valet and staff opening doors for you. This made my boyfriend and I feel welcome. The complimentary pb and j sandwiches was great too. The tradition and story behind those are very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone. Just be careful on Sunday. We made the mistake of going to the breakfast buffet. Amazing food and service but we were shocked with a bill of $85. They did lower it a little bit but no where was it posted that Sundays were more because it was considered Sunday brunch at 9 am. The staff was more than willing to help with different tourist sites to go to and provide information on the best local food.

Entertainment tip: Short walk from hotel

Make sure to see tales of the cocktails. It's fun and teaches you a little on history. We went to k-joes for our show and at downstairs after. Amazing blackened fish.
