“Belle of New Orleans” offers genteel luxury fit for the fab traveler
The best of New Orleans is only minutes away from this regal-looking hotel. Le Pavillon was built in 1907 and restored to its original glory in the 1970s. It evokes the grand style of Napoleonic France. Top-hatted doormen welcome guests to a lobby filled with antiques and lit by 11 crystal and bronze chandeliers. An 1880s hand-carved bar, salvaged from one of Al Capone's Chicago haunts, is right at home in the Big Easy. This hotel is adjacent to the French Quarter and eight blocks from the Morial Convention Center. Bourbon Street and the Superdome are nearby.

Incredible
We stayed here during Jazzfest 2010 and had a wonderful time. The hotel is really beautiful and very opulent, and yet we found it very affordable. The rooftop patio, pool and hot tub was our favorite part. The location was also fantastic, in a quiet and safe area three blocks from the Quarter. We also enjoyed the late night PB and J snacks, a real treat. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NOLA.

Wedding Day Bliss
I recently got married in the middle of the Piaza D'Italia and this hotel was near by. I had never even seen this hotel and I pretty much chose this hotel due to location. It was fabulous! It is very authentic New Orleans style, no commercial rooms. Wonderful service, ok location, and amazing atmosphere. They offer a late night snack of free peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and hot chocolate in the lobby every night at 10 p.m. I loved this hotel and was so glad to spend my wedding night there.

Beautiful Hotel With a History
The hotel is gorgeous, the service was fantastic and the location could not have been better. We loved everything about our stay at this historic hotel. It was close enough to the action in the French Quarter without being noisy. The complimentary PB&J every night is just one more wonderful touch.

Wonderful.
Have stayed here a few times - the rooms are not large, but I love the hotel. It is close to the Quarter and in the CBD, and the staff is friendly without being overly solicitous. The rooftop pool is small but delightful, and the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in the evening add such a nice touch.

Eloquent, classy, and very exquisite
My daughters and I attended the Essence Festival at the Superdome as well as the Convention Center. We were fortunate to have good winnings at Harrah's Casino! We also shoped at the Mall on the RiverWalk.

Great 1st Anniversary Getaway
We live in N.O., but were looking for a weekend get-away for our 1st wedding anniversary. We wanted to stay in the Quarter. After looking for the "perfect" hotel, we found one! Our stay at the Le Pavillon Hotel was absolutely wonderful. It was romantic and perfect. After the staff found out it was our anniversary, champagne and a wine/cheese tray had been delivered to our room while we were out.The room was clean (very important to us) and charming. The staff was wonderful and attentive. We informed them that we were going to make the Le Pavillon our anniversary destination every year!

True New Orleans Experience
Although we only stayed one night, our stay there was excellent. Every staff member that we came in contact with greeted us with friendly conversation. Makes you feel right at home! The late night peanut butter and jelly hit the spot, especially when coming in from a late outing! But, the best is the morning after breakfast buffet... it's always worth the visit!!
